As part of the CityLife series, it offers generous capacity for seven Persons with an energy consumption of just 2.8 kWh per day—TÜV-certified and thus one of the most energy-efficient hot tubs in its class. 40 precisely positioned jets, an illuminated waterfall, and two laminar fountain jets provide a massage experience that specifically relieves tension. The integrated OZMIX™ system keeps the water up to 20% fresher than conventional systems and noticeably reduces maintenance requirements.

The side paneling, made of HorizonSide™ UV-resistant plastic with a natural wood grain, is available in brown and gray and withstands weather conditions without requiring any maintenance. The LIFE Scandinavian insulation system, featuring seamless insulation panels, air pockets in the base plate, and an inner heat-reflective foil, minimizes heat loss and significantly contributes to energy efficiency. The acrylic shell is available in four color options: Ice White, Midnight Canyon, Sterling Silver and Storm Grey—each paired with gray paneling.

The MyMusic™ 2.0 Bluetooth sound system and the exclusive LED color therapy lighting with 10 to 20 underwater LEDs enhance the experience both acoustically and visually.

The minimum power connection of 1 × 25A at 230V/50Hz ensures easy installation, while a 400V high-voltage connection is available as an option. The insulated thermal cover and other accessories can be added at any time, allowing the Hot tub to grow with your needs.

Yes, custom-made products, special designs and individually configured goods are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal. We will clarify transparently whether a product falls under this before or at the latest when the order is placed.

How long does the delivery take and will I be informed?

The delivery time is indicated directly with the respective product. These are valid as long as the item is in stock. Deviating, individually agreed delivery times have priority. We will actively inform you in the event of delays. You will receive ongoing information on the shipping status.

What applies in the event of damage, missing parts or subsequent defects?

Please check the goods immediately upon delivery. Transport damage or missing parts must be documented and reported immediately with photos/videos.

The statutory warranty of 2 years applies to defects. We examine every case and take care of repair, replacement or an appropriate solution.
