The Private Escape was designed by Swedish Cold as Outdoor Sauna compact Outdoor Sauna for two Persons that meets the highest standards for materials and craftsmanship. Two wood finishes are available: heat-treated white pine as the versatile standard option, or the distinctive Shou Sugi Ban finish with knot-free aspen wood on the interior. Both versions reach temperatures of up to 90 °C and utilize traditional heating technology. Whether delivered as a kit, with on-site Installation or pre-assembled at the factory—the Private Escape adapts to your plans.

The exterior cladding, made of heat-treated white pine or Shou Sugi Ban—a type of cedar charred according to Japanese tradition—gives the sauna a distinctive, nature-inspired aesthetic. Inside, the premium model features knot-free aspen wood, which is characterized by its smooth surface and pleasant texture. A spacious glass front and the double-glazed door allow natural light to flood in and connect the sauna experience with a view of the garden. The 80-mm wall thickness, the insulated construction, and the waterproof, corrosion-protected roof ensure durability for year-round outdoor use.

The sauna can be equipped with various heater configurations: The Harvia Vega BC60, with 6 kW, offers manual control and comes with 20 kg of sauna stones, while the HUUM DROP 6 kW, featuring the UKU Local or UKU WiFi control system and 60 kg of sauna stones, provides more convenient operation. For higher heat output, the Harvia Vega BC90 (9 kW) and the HUUM DROP 9 kW are available. The heating time is approximately 30 minutes to reach the maximum temperature of 90 °C. The electrical connection is designed according to the selected unit and must be installed by a licensed electrician.

How long does the delivery take and will I be informed?

The delivery time is indicated directly with the respective product. These are valid as long as the item is in stock. Deviating, individually agreed delivery times have priority. We will actively inform you in the event of delays. You will receive ongoing information on the shipping status.

How does delivery by forwarding agent work?

Delivery is standard free curbside. This means that the goods are delivered to the nearest point that can be reached by truck.

Important:

  • Access for trucks must be possible
  • Sufficient clearance width and height required
  • The customer is responsible for transportation from the curb
  • If required, additional services (e.g. delivery to the installation site) can be arranged in advance
Can I set a preferred delivery date?

Delivery date requests will be considered if possible. The shipping company will usually contact you one to two days before delivery to arrange an appointment. Fixed dates or times cannot be guaranteed. Express deliveries with exact delivery dates are possible on request.

What applies in the event of damage, missing parts or subsequent defects?

Please check the goods immediately upon delivery. Transport damage or missing parts must be documented and reported immediately with photos/videos.

The statutory warranty of 2 years applies to defects. We examine every case and take care of repair, replacement or an appropriate solution.
