Swedish Cold combines insulated construction, premium materials, and flexible heater options into a harmonious overall concept. The standard model features heat-treated white pine, which stands out for its natural durability and warm color. The premium version features Shou Sugi Ban on the exterior—charred Japanese cedar with a deep black, weather-resistant surface—and knot-free aspen with a silky texture on the interior. The spacious, double-glazed glass front offers a view of the garden and allows daylight to flood deep into the interior. A waterproof, corrosion-resistant roof and 80-mm-thick walls ensure long-lasting durability.

The Swedish Cold Grand Escape 4-Person 90°C Outdoor Sauna is available in four versions: without a heater for custom heater selection, with the Harvia Vega BC90 (9 kW, manual control, 20 kg sauna stones), or with the HUUM DROP 9 (9 kW, 60 kg of sauna stones), optionally with the UKU Local control unit or UKU WiFi for convenient operation via app. The insulated and ventilated construction efficiently retains heat inside the cabin and ensures even temperature distribution. The electrical connection must be installed by a licensed electrician; Swedish Cold can handle the installation as an optional service. LED lighting behind the backrest adds subtle accents and completes the ambiance.

Yes, custom-made products, special designs and individually configured goods are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal. We will clarify transparently whether a product falls under this before or at the latest when the order is placed.

How long does the delivery take and will I be informed?

The delivery time is indicated directly with the respective product. These are valid as long as the item is in stock. Deviating, individually agreed delivery times have priority. We will actively inform you in the event of delays. You will receive ongoing information on the shipping status.

How does delivery by forwarding agent work?

Delivery is standard free curbside. This means that the goods are delivered to the nearest point that can be reached by truck.

Important:

  • Access for trucks must be possible
  • Sufficient clearance width and height required
  • The customer is responsible for transportation from the curb
  • If required, additional services (e.g. delivery to the installation site) can be arranged in advance
Can I set a preferred delivery date?

Delivery date requests will be considered if possible. The shipping company will usually contact you one to two days before delivery to arrange an appointment. Fixed dates or times cannot be guaranteed. Express deliveries with exact delivery dates are possible on request.

What applies in the event of damage, missing parts or subsequent defects?

Please check the goods immediately upon delivery. Transport damage or missing parts must be documented and reported immediately with photos/videos.

The statutory warranty of 2 years applies to defects. We examine every case and take care of repair, replacement or an appropriate solution.
