Inside, you are greeted by solid aspen wood—the two-tiered benches and the horizontal backrest are made of 90 × 21 mm thick aspen slats. The exterior cladding varies by model: Air Classic features 12 × 65 mm aspen wood in the STP Softline profile, Premium features 15 × 120 mm aspen wood in the STS4 profile, and Termo Premium features 20 × 115 mm thermally treated pine wood in the STS4 profile. The spacious Thermopaneglas front wall and the 8 mm thick safety glass door with black metal fittings give the sauna a modern, light-filled design. ECOSE Technology insulation and an insulated floor ensure optimal thermal efficiency.

The standard BASE control unit reliably regulates temperature and operating mode; optionally, the sauna can be controlled remotely via the Remote Access App. The position of the heater can be freely selected during configuration—left or right.

An uneven or insufficiently strong foundation can cause the frame to warp, resulting in doors and windows that stick or gaps forming. Such damage is not covered by the warranty.
Space requirements (all sides)
Keep a clear space around the plants so the walls can dry. Water must be able to drain away from the sauna.
Wood Preservation
After assembly, treat the exterior surfaces with wood preservative and inspect them at least twice a year. Do not paint or varnish the interior—the wood must be able to breathe.
Clarify before purchasing
Whether a Outdoor Sauna in Austria requires a permit depends on the federal state, the size, and the zoning plan—the limits range from 10 m² in Lower Austria to 40 m² in Styria. Distance requirements from property lines are also determined by the federal state. Please check with your local municipality before purchasing. If you have a wood-burning stove, you’ll also need to have it inspected by a chimney sweep.

Yes, custom-made products, special designs and individually configured goods are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal. We will clarify transparently whether a product falls under this before or at the latest when the order is placed.
How long does the delivery take and will I be informed?
The delivery time is indicated directly with the respective product. These are valid as long as the item is in stock. Deviating, individually agreed delivery times have priority. We will actively inform you in the event of delays. You will receive ongoing information on the shipping status.
How does delivery by forwarding agent work?
Delivery is standard free curbside. This means that the goods are delivered to the nearest point that can be reached by truck.

Can I set a preferred delivery date?
Delivery date requests will be considered if possible. The shipping company will usually contact you one to two days before delivery to arrange an appointment. Fixed dates or times cannot be guaranteed. Express deliveries with exact delivery dates are possible on request.
What applies in the event of damage, missing parts or subsequent defects?
Please check the goods immediately upon delivery. Transport damage or missing parts must be documented and reported immediately with photos/videos.
The statutory warranty of 2 years applies to defects. We examine every case and take care of repair, replacement or an appropriate solution.
