We deliver "free kerbside" as standard - this means that your wellness goodies are delivered to the street in front of your house. But don't worry: in Austria, we also offer transportation to the installation site! For some products, this service is even included in the installation package. Sounds good, doesn't it?Just contact us and we'll organize the rest. We'll be happy to discuss all the details so that your wellness oasis arrives exactly as you want it.
► Can I choose a specific delivery date?
We are always happy to accept requests for delivery dates. The shipping company will normally contact you one to two days before delivery to arrange a fixed date - this way we can ensure that the delivery is made at your desired time in most cases. However, if it absolutely has to be on a certain day or at a certain time, let us know and we will do our best to make it possible. However, we cannot always promise this. Unser Chilltube hatte leider von Anfang an einen Defekt und ließ sich nicht starten.
Die beiden Inhaber von Fina Wellness haben alles gegeben, um das Problem zu beheben: Kontaktaufnahme zum Hersteller, Unterstützung eines Technikers, Austausch eines Ersatzteils.
Als dies nicht zum Erfolg führte, organisierten sie den kompletten Austausch – inklusive Abtransport des alten Beckens aus der 2. Etage und Installation des neuen Beckens.

Ich habe hier ein Chilltub lite gekauf und bin äußerst happy darüber!
Ich wurde sehr gut telefonisch beraten, das Tub kam schnell und unversehrt bei mir an, aber was wirklich herausragend ist, ist der Service der beiden!
Ich hatte ein kleines Problem mit der Pumpe, als ich sie das erste mal anschalten wollte und schrieb direkt Herrn Eigel eine Mail.
Allerdings war das am Freitag Abend 19:45Uhr und ich hatte nicht mit einer Antwort vor Samstag, wenn nicht Montag gerechnet.
Doch keine 10 Minuten später bekam ich eine Whatsapp mit einem Video, welches das Problem sofort behob und kurz darauf noch einen Anruf, ob das Video ankam und jetzt alles funktioniert.
Also wirklich außerordentlicher Service und mit dem Tub bin ich bis jetzt auch sehr zufrieden.
Es hat für mich die perfekte Größe, um voll einzutauchen (Ich bin 1,83), es schafft echte und sehr kalte 3 Grad :) und der Filter funktioniert auch gut.
Einziges kleines Manko, der Lüfter/Kompressor ist etwas laut (halt wie bei einer Klimaanlage).
Ich bin auf jeden Fall sehr zufrieden und kann FinA Wellness sehr empfehlen!

Die zusätzlichen Funktionen wie Bluetooth Lautsprecher sowie die wählbare Innenbeleuchtung machen das Wellness-Erlebnis perfekt…
...durch Zufall in diesem Shop gelandet, Bestellung total unkompliziert, sehr nette Mitarbeiter, problemlose Lieferung...alles so wie es sein soll...!
Lieferung, Service, echt zufrieden. Ein kleiner Teil fehlt, Herr Eigel kümmert sich darum dass die Scharnierverkleidung nachgeliefert wird. Das einzige was ich zu bemängeln hätte, eine Schiebetür wäre ideal! Nach dem benutzen der Dampfdusche. Beim öffen der Tür ist vor der Kabine eine kleine Überschwemmung! Trotzdem gebe ich 5 Sterne!

► How does the delivery work?
We deliver "free kerbside" as standard - this means that your wellness goodies are delivered to the street in front of your house. But don't worry: in Austria, we also offer transportation to the installation site! For some products, this service is even included in the installation package. Sounds good, doesn't it?Just contact us and we'll organize the rest. We'll be happy to discuss all the details so that your wellness oasis arrives exactly as you want it.
► Can I choose a specific delivery date?
We are always happy to accept requests for delivery dates. The shipping company will normally contact you one to two days before delivery to arrange a fixed date - this way we can ensure that the delivery is made at your desired time in most cases. However, if it absolutely has to be on a certain day or at a certain time, let us know and we will do our best to make it possible. However, we cannot always promise this.
