We deliver "free kerbside" as standard - this means that your wellness goodies are delivered to the street in front of your house. But don't worry: in Austria, we also offer transportation to the installation site! For some products, this service is even included in the installation package. Sauna 1111XL gekauft und pünktlich geliefert bekommen. Die Sauna wird in mehreren großen Paketen angeliefert, da sind ein paar Helfer beim entladen und vertragen der Elemente gut zu gebrauchen, Der Aufbau der Sauna ist logisch aber die Anleitung ist eher rudimentär, dafür ist jedoch der Support von FinA sehr gut, besonders durch die kompetente Frau Annemarie, Sie findet immer eine Lösung und ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Jederzeit gerne wieder! Die Sauna selbst ist wirklich schön die Zuschnitte der Baugruppen passen saugend und funktioniert wie erwartet, wir haben eine große Freude damit.

Die beiden Inhaber von Fina Wellness haben alles gegeben, um das Problem zu beheben: Kontaktaufnahme zum Hersteller, Unterstützung eines Technikers, Austausch eines Ersatzteils.
Als dies nicht zum Erfolg führte, organisierten sie den kompletten Austausch – inklusive Abtransport des alten Beckens aus der 2. Etage und Installation des neuen Beckens.
Das Team von Fina Wellness hat eine großartige Leistung vollbracht. Zufriedener kann man als Kunde gar nicht sein!

► How does the delivery work?
We deliver "free kerbside" as standard - this means that your wellness goodies are delivered to the street in front of your house. But don't worry: in Austria, we also offer transportation to the installation site! For some products, this service is even included in the installation package. Sounds good, doesn't it?Just contact us and we'll organize the rest. We'll be happy to discuss all the details so that your wellness oasis arrives exactly as you want it.
► Can I choose a specific delivery date?
We are always happy to accept requests for delivery dates. The shipping company will normally contact you one to two days before delivery to arrange a fixed date - this way we can ensure that the delivery is made at your desired time in most cases. However, if it absolutely has to be on a certain day or at a certain time, let us know and we will do our best to make it possible. However, we cannot always promise this. By the way: We also offer express deliveries, where the exact delivery time is agreed in advance for an additional charge. If this is of interest to you, please let us know!
