► How long will it take for my wellness goodies to arrive?
At the FinA Wellness Store, we make sure that your order is shipped as quickly as possible. You can find the current delivery time directly next to your products. If a different delivery time has been communicated in advance, this will of course apply. If there are any delays, we will contact you immediately. Of course, we will keep you informed about the progress of your delivery so that you know when your wellness oasis will arrive.
► Do you also ship internationally?
We deliver within the EU and to Switzerland! We are happy to offer international deliveries on request - just contact us and we will find the right solution. From an order value of €300, shipping to the EU mainland and Switzerland is free of charge, otherwise shipping costs are €49. Express deliveries are also possible on request.
►My order has not arrived, what now?
No stress! If you have any questions about your order or something is unclear, simply contact us on +43 1 997 28 98 - we are here for you and will make sure that your wellness goodies reach you soon!
► What happens if the delivery is delayed?
Don't worry, we will contact you immediately if there are any delays and proactively keep you up to date.
► What happens if something breaks during transportation?
Don't get annoyed! Sometimes things happen that are unfortunately beyond our control. But don't worry, we'll take care of it! If something is damaged during transportation, we will replace it and cover all costs incurred. Important: Please take photos and videos of the damaged goods straight away and send them to us - then we can act at lightning speed. We'll take care of it for you, so stay relaxed and let us take the stress!
► How does the delivery work?
We deliver "free kerbside" as standard - this means that your wellness goodies are delivered to the street in front of your house. But don't worry: in Austria, we also offer transportation to the installation site! For some products, this service is even included in the installation package. Sounds good, doesn't it?Just contact us and we'll organize the rest. We'll be happy to discuss all the details so that your wellness oasis arrives exactly as you want it.
► Can I choose a specific delivery date?
We are always happy to accept requests for delivery dates. The shipping company will normally contact you one to two days before delivery to arrange a fixed date - this way we can ensure that the delivery is made at your desired time in most cases. However, if it absolutely has to be on a certain day or at a certain time, let us know and we will do our best to make it possible. However, we cannot always promise this. By the way: We also offer express deliveries, where the exact delivery time is agreed in advance for an additional charge. If this is of interest to you, please let us know!
► What happens if my order arrives incomplete?
If something is missing, contact us immediately! We will check and send you the missing parts as quickly as possible at no extra cost.
Installation & Installation
► How does the appointment for the Installation how does it work?
As soon as you have placed your order, we will contact you to clarify the installation date. You can let us know your preferred date before you order so that we can plan everything well in advance. Of course, we will keep you informed about the progress of your delivery so that you know when your wellness oasis will arrive.
► How long does the Installation on site?
The duration of the Installation depends on the product. Our fitters work efficiently, but always carefully. We will discuss the time required with you before the appointment is made.

►What do I do if I change my mind after delivery?
No problem, it can happen! With us, you have 30 days to make up your mind at your leisure. If you change your mind, returns are super easy and of course free of charge! The only important thing is that the goods are unused and in their original packaging - that way we can pass them on without any problems. Unser Chilltube hatte leider von Anfang an einen Defekt und ließ sich nicht starten.
Die beiden Inhaber von Fina Wellness haben alles gegeben, um das Problem zu beheben: Kontaktaufnahme zum Hersteller, Unterstützung eines Technikers, Austausch eines Ersatzteils.
Als dies nicht zum Erfolg führte, organisierten sie den kompletten Austausch – inklusive Abtransport des alten Beckens aus der 2. Etage und Installation des neuen Beckens.
Das Team von Fina Wellness hat eine großartige Leistung vollbracht. Zufriedener kann man als Kunde gar nicht sein!
Ich habe mir das komplette Set über finawellnessstore bestellt.(siehe Bilder) Annemarie war stets ansprechbar während des gesamten Bestellprozesses. Habe das Becken aus Harzer Kelo Fichte mit Kunststoffeinsatz am 30.06.25 bestellt, die perfekte Lieferung erfolgte schon eine Woche später.

Nutze das Tauchbecken jeden Tag nach dem Duschen (nicht nur nach Saunagängen).

Ich habe hier ein Chilltub lite gekauf und bin äußerst happy darüber!
Ich wurde sehr gut telefonisch beraten, das Tub kam schnell und unversehrt bei mir an, aber was wirklich herausragend ist, ist der Service der beiden!
Ich hatte ein kleines Problem mit der Pumpe, als ich sie das erste mal anschalten wollte und schrieb direkt Herrn Eigel eine Mail.
Allerdings war das am Freitag Abend 19:45Uhr und ich hatte nicht mit einer Antwort vor Samstag, wenn nicht Montag gerechnet.
Doch keine 10 Minuten später bekam ich eine Whatsapp mit einem Video, welches das Problem sofort behob und kurz darauf noch einen Anruf, ob das Video ankam und jetzt alles funktioniert.
Also wirklich außerordentlicher Service und mit dem Tub bin ich bis jetzt auch sehr zufrieden.
Es hat für mich die perfekte Größe, um voll einzutauchen (Ich bin 1,83), es schafft echte und sehr kalte 3 Grad :) und der Filter funktioniert auch gut.
Einziges kleines Manko, der Lüfter/Kompressor ist etwas laut (halt wie bei einer Klimaanlage).
Ich bin auf jeden Fall sehr zufrieden und kann FinA Wellness sehr empfehlen!

Es war ein langer Weg bis alle Pooltreppen bei mir einlangten. Ich benötigte 3 Stück - 2 davon sind relativ rasch bei mir eingetroffen; die 3. ergänzend von mir bestellte Treppe wollte und wollte nicht den Weg zu mir finden! Annemarie von FinA hat alle Hebel in Bewegung gesetzt, nahezu tägliche Telefonate mit der Speditionsfirma geführt und mich unterstützt, bis auch dieses Paket bei mir eintraf!
KUNDENBETREUUNG wird bei FinA groß geschrieben, daher auch ein RIESENGROSSES DANKESCHÖN von mir.

Die Sauna besticht nicht nur durch ihre herausragende Optik mit den großen Glasfronten, sie ist auch eine wirkliche Oase der Entspannung und sowohl die Infrarot-Strahler als auch der Ofen haben unsere Erwartungen vollkommen erfüllt. Die zusätzlichen Funktionen wie Bluetooth Lautsprecher sowie die wählbare Innenbeleuchtung machen das Wellness-Erlebnis perfekt…
...durch Zufall in diesem Shop gelandet, Bestellung total unkompliziert, sehr nette Mitarbeiter, problemlose Lieferung...alles so wie es sein soll...!
Lieferung, Service, echt zufrieden. Ein kleiner Teil fehlt, Herr Eigel kümmert sich darum dass die Scharnierverkleidung nachgeliefert wird. Das einzige was ich zu bemängeln hätte, eine Schiebetür wäre ideal! Nach dem benutzen der Dampfdusche. Beim öffen der Tür ist vor der Kabine eine kleine Überschwemmung! Trotzdem gebe ich 5 Sterne!

► How long will it take for my wellness goodies to arrive?
At the FinA Wellness Store, we make sure that your order is shipped as quickly as possible. You can find the current delivery time directly next to your products. If a different delivery time has been communicated in advance, this will of course apply. If there are any delays, we will contact you immediately. Of course, we will keep you informed about the progress of your delivery so that you know when your wellness oasis will arrive.
► Do you also ship internationally?
We deliver within the EU and to Switzerland! We are happy to offer international deliveries on request - just contact us and we will find the right solution. From an order value of €300, shipping to the EU mainland and Switzerland is free of charge, otherwise shipping costs are €49. Express deliveries are also possible on request.
►My order has not arrived, what now?
No stress! If you have any questions about your order or something is unclear, simply contact us on +43 1 997 28 98 - we are here for you and will make sure that your wellness goodies reach you soon!
► What happens if the delivery is delayed?
Don't worry, we will contact you immediately if there are any delays and proactively keep you up to date.
► What happens if something breaks during transportation?
Don't get annoyed! Sometimes things happen that are unfortunately beyond our control. But don't worry, we'll take care of it! If something is damaged during transportation, we will replace it and cover all costs incurred. Important: Please take photos and videos of the damaged goods straight away and send them to us - then we can act at lightning speed. We'll take care of it for you, so stay relaxed and let us take the stress!
► How does the delivery work?
We deliver "free kerbside" as standard - this means that your wellness goodies are delivered to the street in front of your house. But don't worry: in Austria, we also offer transportation to the installation site! For some products, this service is even included in the installation package. Sounds good, doesn't it?Just contact us and we'll organize the rest. We'll be happy to discuss all the details so that your wellness oasis arrives exactly as you want it.
► Can I choose a specific delivery date?
We are always happy to accept requests for delivery dates. The shipping company will normally contact you one to two days before delivery to arrange a fixed date - this way we can ensure that the delivery is made at your desired time in most cases. However, if it absolutely has to be on a certain day or at a certain time, let us know and we will do our best to make it possible. However, we cannot always promise this. By the way: We also offer express deliveries, where the exact delivery time is agreed in advance for an additional charge. If this is of interest to you, please let us know!
► What happens if my order arrives incomplete?
If something is missing, contact us immediately! We will check and send you the missing parts as quickly as possible at no extra cost.

As soon as you have placed your order, we will contact you to clarify the installation date. You can let us know your preferred date before you order so that we can plan everything well in advance. ► How long does the Installation on site?
The duration of the Installation depends on the product. Our fitters work efficiently, but always carefully. We will discuss the time required with you before the appointment is made.

For forwarding goods? No problem! We'll have them picked up directly from you. Just get in touch with us and we'll take care of everything. ►What do I do if I change my mind after delivery?
No problem, it can happen! With us, you have 30 days to make up your mind at your leisure. If you change your mind, returns are super easy and of course free of charge! The only important thing is that the goods are unused and in their original packaging - that way we can pass them on without any problems.
