A total of 23 jets provide a targeted, pleasant massage. One of the two seating positions is equipped with the exclusive Aqua Rolling Massage™, which delivers a powerful massage jet along the spine from the lower back to the neck. The 2.2 kW massage pump delivers consistent pressure, supported by an energy-efficient filtration pump. The Synergy Water Maintenance System and ozone sanitation contribute to clean, fresh water. The 2 kW heater ensures stable temperatures with low energy consumption.

Two softly padded headrests, the StarBrite Interior LED Light System, and the high-volume side skimmer create a pleasant, peaceful atmosphere. Thanks to its slim design, the spa can be easily integrated even in confined spaces. Covers, steps, and other accessories such as water care products are available as options.

Substrate	The surface must be level, solid, and able to support a load of at least 1,500 kg. A concrete slab is ideal; existing patio slabs or pavers are acceptable if the subbase is solid and level. Grass is not suitable. Water must be able to drain away from Hot tub Hot tub.
Space requirements (all sides)	At least 50 cm on all sides, preferably 60 cm—the service technician must be able to access all four sides. If the Hot tub is being installed on a patio, be sure to plan for access to the service door (usually on the side of the control panel).
Delivery	The Hot tub is delivered upright on a transport dolly—this makes it about 15–20 cm taller than its listed dimensions. Please check the clearance width, gate widths, steps, and overhangs in advance. If there is insufficient access, a truck-mounted crane will be required; the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for this.
Power Connection	Permanent installation by a licensed electrician; dedicated circuit with a ground-fault circuit interrupter (GFCI). The exact fuse rating is specified in the technical data for this model.

Changes or cancelations are possible as long as the order is not yet in production, commissioning or shipping. Please contact us immediately after placing your order.

Are there any restrictions on the right of withdrawal?

Yes, custom-made products, special designs and individually configured goods are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal. We will clarify transparently whether a product falls under this before or at the latest when the order is placed.

How long does the delivery take and will I be informed?

The delivery time is indicated directly with the respective product. These are valid as long as the item is in stock. Deviating, individually agreed delivery times have priority. We will actively inform you in the event of delays. You will receive ongoing information on the shipping status.

Can I set a preferred delivery date?

Delivery date requests will be considered if possible. The shipping company will usually contact you one to two days before delivery to arrange an appointment. Fixed dates or times cannot be guaranteed. Express deliveries with exact delivery dates are possible on request.

What applies in the event of damage, missing parts or subsequent defects?

Please check the goods immediately upon delivery. Transport damage or missing parts must be documented and reported immediately with photos/videos.

The statutory warranty of 2 years applies to defects. We examine every case and take care of repair, replacement or an appropriate solution.
