Design & Materials – High-Quality Workmanship in the Passion Spas Balance Swim Spa
The Passion Spas Balance Swim Spa 600x228x138, for 4 Persons, uses Aristech® acrylic in combination with vinyl ester and polyester. The maintenance-free synthetic cabinet construction is standard, complemented by 14 removable side panels. A synthetic support system and Everlast™ full floor support material made of polyester ensure stability and durability. The standard high-density urethane insulation supports efficient temperature control of the system.
Technology & functions – powerful systems in the Passion Spas Balance Swim Spa
The cool swimming area features the integrated River Swim System, which generates a wide and even water flow, enabling intensive swimming. If the power of this swimming system is reduced, the two Current Lift Jets automatically switch on and stabilize your swimming position for a comfortable, controlled workout. A total of 39 jets are available: 32 massage jets, 5 Swim Turbo Jets, and 2 Current Lift Jets. Water flow is supported by a Top Access Skim Filter (High-Volume Vortex Skimmer).
Application & comfort – relaxed use in the Passion Spas Balance Swim Spa
The warm spa area features lumbar support: even though it is not visible, the tub provides additional support in the lumbar region so that you can sit back, relax, and feel rejuvenated after your therapy session. Four molded headrest soft pillows with integrated LED lighting add to the comfort. The StarBrite Interior LED Light System is standard equipment, as is the Swim Orientation LED Light, which provides orientation in the swimming area and emphasizes the clear lines of the pool.

Component Layout
The positioning of individual components may vary for technical production reasons.
Substrate
Solid, level, and compacted, with a load-bearing capacity of at least 1.5 metric tons per square meter. A concrete slab is not required—compacted gravel or a paved surface are good alternatives.
Space requirements (all sides)
At least 60 cm of clearance on all sides so that the service technician can work. All trim panels must remain removable.
When embedding in the floor
Recessed up to 60 cm: 10 cm clearance all around. Fully recessed: 1 meter all around—it is not sufficient to leave only the side with the control unit clear. Allow an additional 30–40 cm for the cover. The pit walls must be reinforced with L-shaped blocks, concrete, or masonry; no soil should press against the Swim Spa. The pit requires drainage, such as a wastewater pump or a sewer connection.
Delivery
Delivery is made using a truck-mounted crane, which must be provided by the customer. The crane company requires crossbeams measuring 150 cm for unloading and 250 cm for installation. The Swim Spa is unpacked on site, and the protective covers are removed.
Safety Notice
The cover is not slip-resistant. Where children or pets have access, the Swim Spa must be secured with additional safety measures.

What should I look out for before ordering?

Can I change or cancel my order at a later date?
Changes or cancelations are possible as long as the order is not yet in production, commissioning or shipping. Please contact us immediately after placing your order.
Are there any restrictions on the right of withdrawal?
Yes, custom-made products, special designs and individually configured goods are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal. We will clarify transparently whether a product falls under this before or at the latest when the order is placed.
How long does the delivery take and will I be informed?
The delivery time is indicated directly with the respective product. These are valid as long as the item is in stock. Deviating, individually agreed delivery times have priority. We will actively inform you in the event of delays. You will receive ongoing information on the shipping status.
How does delivery by forwarding agent work?
Delivery is standard free curbside. This means that the goods are delivered to the nearest point that can be reached by truck.

Can I set a preferred delivery date?
Delivery date requests will be considered if possible. The shipping company will usually contact you one to two days before delivery to arrange an appointment. Fixed dates or times cannot be guaranteed. Express deliveries with exact delivery dates are possible on request.
What applies in the event of damage, missing parts or subsequent defects?
Please check the goods immediately upon delivery. Transport damage or missing parts must be documented and reported immediately with photos/videos.
The statutory warranty of 2 years applies to defects. We examine every case and take care of repair, replacement or an appropriate solution.
