The glass front panel is available in three finishes—mirror, black, or bronze—and defines the design character of the entire cabin. An optional highlight is a juniper back panel, which, in addition to its elegant appearance, exudes a natural healing aroma. An electric Sauna Heater forms the heart of the Leil® Round Cube Relax Outdoor Sauna for up to 6 Persons and ensures even, adjustable heat throughout the interior. The optional LED sets allow for gradual lighting design—from the basic set with lighting under the bench or behind the backrest to the premium set with full illumination of all zones. Each LED set includes a 2.5-meter-long LED strip, cables, a transformer, a dimmer switch, and an installation box. The sauna cabin is available either as a kit or fully assembled—depending on individual requirements for assembly and logistics.

Can I change or cancel my order at a later date?

Changes or cancelations are possible as long as the order is not yet in production, commissioning or shipping. Please contact us immediately after placing your order.

Are there any restrictions on the right of withdrawal?

Yes, custom-made products, special designs and individually configured goods are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal. We will clarify transparently whether a product falls under this before or at the latest when the order is placed.

How long does the delivery take and will I be informed?

The delivery time is indicated directly with the respective product. These are valid as long as the item is in stock. Deviating, individually agreed delivery times have priority. We will actively inform you in the event of delays. You will receive ongoing information on the shipping status.

Can I set a preferred delivery date?

Delivery date requests will be considered if possible. The shipping company will usually contact you one to two days before delivery to arrange an appointment. Fixed dates or times cannot be guaranteed. Express deliveries with exact delivery dates are possible on request.

What applies in the event of damage, missing parts or subsequent defects?

Please check the goods immediately upon delivery. Transport damage or missing parts must be documented and reported immediately with photos/videos.

The statutory warranty of 2 years applies to defects. We examine every case and take care of repair, replacement or an appropriate solution.
