Balboa control system, ECO+System, and JJAquaPure—the technology behind the JJSPA Alpha 823A Indoor Hot tub

At the heart of the control system is the Balboa BP2100 system from the U.S., operated via the intuitive Balboa ST3 touch panel, which centrally controls temperature, jet configuration, filtration, lighting, and music—and, if desired, via Wi-Fi using your smartphone. Three massage pumps, each with 2.2 kW and a ceramic seal, an energy-efficient WTC50M circulation pump with 0.25 kW, and a 0.7 kW air blower generate powerful, individually adjustable massage currents. The Balboa M7 Millennium stainless steel heater, rated at 3 kW and equipped with two precision sensors, maintains the water temperature exactly at the desired level, while the ECO+ system continuously reduces energy consumption. The JJAquaPure system, featuring an OzoneFresh generator (50 mg/h) and a Pro-UV sterilizer, supported by two JJ-Pure cartridge filters, ensures impeccable water quality.

Substrate	The surface must be level, solid, and able to support a load of at least 1,500 kg. A concrete slab is ideal; existing patio slabs or pavers are acceptable if the subbase is solid and level. Grass is not suitable. Water must be able to drain away from Hot tub Hot tub.
Space requirements all around	At least 50 cm on all sides, preferably 60 cm—the service technician must be able to access all four sides. If the Hot tub is installed on a patio, be sure to plan for access to the service door (usually on the side of the control panel).
Delivery	The Hot tub is delivered upright on a transport dolly—this makes it about 15–20 cm taller than its standard dimensions. Please check the clearance width, gate widths, steps, and overhangs in advance. If access is insufficient, a truck-mounted crane will be required; the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for this.

Yes, custom-made products, special designs and individually configured goods are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal. We will clarify transparently whether a product falls under this before or at the latest when the order is placed.

How long does the delivery take and will I be informed?

The delivery time is indicated directly with the respective product. These are valid as long as the item is in stock. Deviating, individually agreed delivery times have priority. We will actively inform you in the event of delays. You will receive ongoing information on the shipping status.

Delivery date requests will be considered if possible. The shipping company will usually contact you one to two days before delivery to arrange an appointment. Fixed dates or times cannot be guaranteed. Express deliveries with exact delivery dates are possible on request.

What applies in the event of damage, missing parts or subsequent defects?

Please check the goods immediately upon delivery. Transport damage or missing parts must be documented and reported immediately with photos/videos.

The statutory warranty of 2 years applies to defects. We examine every case and take care of repair, replacement or an appropriate solution.
