Two massage pumps, each with a power of 2.2 kW, generate powerful water jets that are directed through 32 PointJET jets (2 inches), 11 directional PointJET jets (2.5 inches), 3 directional PointJET jets (3.5 inches), one Twin-SwirlJET jet (3.5 inches), 8 directional PointJET jets (5 inches), and one shower jet (5 inches) to the back, shoulders, and legs. A separate 0.7-kW air blower controls the 6 air jets for a gentle full-body massage. The Balboa BP2100 control system with ST3 touch panel allows for convenient control of all functions—either directly at the pool or via Wi-Fi using a smartphone. The 3-kW Balboa M7 Millenium stainless steel heater maintains a constant water temperature in an energy-efficient manner.

Substrate	The surface must be level, solid, and able to support a load of at least 1,500 kg. A concrete slab is ideal; existing patio slabs or pavers are acceptable if the subbase is solid and level. Grass is not suitable. Water must be able to drain away from Hot tub Hot tub.
Space requirements (all sides)	At least 50 cm on all sides, preferably 60 cm—the service technician must be able to access all four sides. If the Hot tub is installed on a patio, be sure to plan for access to the service door (usually on the side of the control panel).
Delivery	The Hot tub is delivered upright on a transport dolly—this makes it about 15–20 cm taller than its standard dimensions. Please check the clearance width, gate widths, steps, and tree branches in advance. If access is insufficient, a mobile crane will be required; the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for this.
Power Connection	Permanent installation by a licensed electrician; dedicated circuit with a ground-fault circuit interrupter (GFCI). The exact fuse rating is specified in the technical data for this model.

Delivery date requests will be considered if possible. The shipping company will usually contact you one to two days before delivery to arrange an appointment. Fixed dates or times cannot be guaranteed. Express deliveries with exact delivery dates are possible on request.

What applies in the event of damage, missing parts or subsequent defects?

Please check the goods immediately upon delivery. Transport damage or missing parts must be documented and reported immediately with photos/videos.

The statutory warranty of 2 years applies to defects. We examine every case and take care of repair, replacement or an appropriate solution.
