Three powerful massage pumps, each with an output of 2.2 kW, drive 58 hydromassage jets and 10 air jets—ranging from precise PointJET jets in various sizes to the gently rotating Twin SwirlJET jets. The energy-efficient WTC50M circulation pump operates virtually silently at just 0.25 kW and keeps the water moving continuously. Two JJ-Pure cartridge filters, an OzoneFresh ozone generator with a capacity of 50 mg/h, and a Pro-UV sterilizer ensure impeccable water quality. The Balboa M7 Millennium stainless steel heater, with 3 kW of power, heats the 1,160-liter water volume efficiently and reliably. The ThermaCoat Premium foam insulation and the included thermal cover significantly minimize heat loss.

Substrate	The surface must be level, solid, and able to support a load of at least 1,500 kg. A concrete slab is ideal; existing patio slabs or pavers are acceptable if the subbase is solid and level. Grass is not suitable. Water must be able to drain away from Hot tub Hot tub.
Space requirements (all sides)	At least 50 cm on all sides, preferably 60 cm—the service technician must be able to access all four sides. If the Hot tub is installed on a patio, be sure to plan for access to the service door (usually on the side of the control panel).
Delivery	The Hot tub is delivered upright on a transport dolly—this makes it about 15–20 cm taller than its listed dimensions. Please check the clearance width, gate widths, steps, and tree branches in advance. If access is insufficient, a truck-mounted crane is required; the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for this.
Power Connection	Permanent installation by a licensed electrician; dedicated circuit with a ground-fault circuit interrupter (GFCI). The exact fuse rating is specified in the technical data for this model.

How long does the delivery take and will I be informed?

The delivery time is indicated directly with the respective product. These are valid as long as the item is in stock. Deviating, individually agreed delivery times have priority. We will actively inform you in the event of delays. You will receive ongoing information on the shipping status.

Delivery date requests will be considered if possible. The shipping company will usually contact you one to two days before delivery to arrange an appointment. Fixed dates or times cannot be guaranteed. Express deliveries with exact delivery dates are possible on request.

What applies in the event of damage, missing parts or subsequent defects?

Please check the goods immediately upon delivery. Transport damage or missing parts must be documented and reported immediately with photos/videos.

The statutory warranty of 2 years applies to defects. We examine every case and take care of repair, replacement or an appropriate solution.
