The JEE-O soho Standard Faucet brings a striking, industrial design language to modern bathroom concepts. Designed by Grand & Johnson, it combines clear geometry with robust materials – precise, expressive, and consistently functional for freestanding bathtubs.

Function & use – JEE-O soho stand fitting

The freestanding tub faucet is equipped with a progressive ceramic cartridge including a diverter, allowing for convenient switching between the tub spout and hand shower. The single-lever operation allows for fine-tuned control of water volume and temperature. Made of r304 stainless steel, the soho stand faucet impresses with its high durability and clean, technical appearance. Installation floor Installation on a waterproof surface and connected via 2 × G ½" BSP. With a flow rate of 11 l/min at 3 bar, it is optimally designed for quickly filling freestanding bathtubs.

Yes, custom-made products, special designs and individually configured goods are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal. We will clarify transparently whether a product falls under this before or at the latest when the order is placed.

How long does the delivery take and will I be informed?

The delivery time is indicated directly with the respective product. These are valid as long as the item is in stock. Deviating, individually agreed delivery times have priority. We will actively inform you in the event of delays. You will receive ongoing information on the shipping status.

Can I set a preferred delivery date?

Delivery date requests will be considered if possible. The shipping company will usually contact you one to two days before delivery to arrange an appointment. Fixed dates or times cannot be guaranteed. Express deliveries with exact delivery dates are possible on request.

What applies in the event of damage, missing parts or subsequent defects?

Please check the goods immediately upon delivery. Transport damage or missing parts must be documented and reported immediately with photos/videos.

The statutory warranty of 2 years applies to defects. We examine every case and take care of repair, replacement or an appropriate solution.
