The hemlock wood used impresses with its calm color scheme, high dimensional stability, and harmonious appearance. In combination with 8 mm ESG safety glass, an insulated rear wall, and integrated sauna benches, the result is an atmospheric interior that retains heat for a long time and has a visually pleasing, light appearance. The indirect LED lighting on the ceiling and rear wall gives the cabin a soft, flattering light effect.

The sauna is equipped with efficient rear wall insulation, high-quality lighting technology, and climate control that enables reliable temperature control. For this model, we recommend a Sauna Heater between 4.5 and 6.8 kW, which you can choose freely or select directly in the configurator. A thermometer, hourglass, and adjustable fresh air supply support a pleasant climate with a consistently high oxygen content. Recommendation: For optimal performance, we recommend a 9 kW Sauna Heater, which can be ordered directly from us.

What should I look out for before ordering?

Please check all relevant information about the product (dimensions, technical requirements, power/water connections, space requirements, delivery conditions) before ordering. If you have any questions, we recommend a consultation before purchasing, especially for larger wellness products.

When is the load applied?

The amount is debited at the time the order is completed or according to the selected payment method. For payment services such as Klarna, the respective payment terms of the provider also apply.

Can I change or cancel my order at a later date?

Changes or cancelations are possible as long as the order is not yet in production, commissioning or shipping. Please contact us immediately after placing your order.

Are there any restrictions on the right of withdrawal?

Yes, custom-made products, special designs and individually configured goods are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal. We will clarify transparently whether a product falls under this before or at the latest when the order is placed.

How long does the delivery take and will I be informed?

The delivery time is indicated directly with the respective product. These are valid as long as the item is in stock. Deviating, individually agreed delivery times have priority. We will actively inform you in the event of delays. You will receive ongoing information on the shipping status.

How does delivery by forwarding agent work?

Delivery is standard free curbside. This means that the goods are delivered to the nearest point that can be reached by truck.

Access for trucks must be possible
Sufficient clearance width and height required
The customer is responsible for transportation from the curb
If required, additional services (e.g. delivery to the installation site) can be arranged in advance

Can I set a preferred delivery date?

Delivery date requests will be considered if possible. The shipping company will usually contact you one to two days before delivery to arrange an appointment. Fixed dates or times cannot be guaranteed. Express deliveries with exact delivery dates are possible on request.

What applies in the event of damage, missing parts or subsequent defects?

Please check the goods immediately upon delivery. Transport damage or missing parts must be documented and reported immediately with photos/videos.

The statutory warranty of 2 years applies to defects. We examine every case and take care of repair, replacement or an appropriate solution.
