The Helo Laava is more than just a Sauna Heater. It is a Finnish original that has been setting standards for decades in terms of performance, efficiency, and reliability. Developed as a freestanding electric heater for intensive continuous operation, it shows its strength in spacious wellness areas, private sauna cabins, and professional facilities. With four power variants from 9.0 to 15.0 kW and up to 60 kg of stone volume, the Laava meets the highest demands for even, gentle infusions and constant temperatures.

The Laava is made for rooms that expect more: more heat, more durability, more comfort. Available in 9.0 kW, 10.5 kW, 12.0 kW, or 15.0 kW versions, it covers room sizes from 8 to 24 m³ – offering the optimal solution for everything from private luxury cabins to hotel or spa areas. Its robust construction, combined with efficient technology, ensures even heat distribution and low maintenance intervals – even with daily use.

With its clear, geometric design and graphite gray finish, Laava blends discreetly into any architectural concept—from classic to minimalist. Its solid body with visible stone filling conveys stability, authenticity, and Nordic restraint. A stylish statement for anyone who wants to combine warmth with aesthetics.

Technologically advanced – the Laava electric oven with external control

The Helo Laava is operated via an external control system consisting of the WE40 relay box and either the Pure or Elite Free control panel. These components are not included in the scope of delivery but are essential for operation.

The WE40 relay box ensures safe and reliable power distribution. The Pure control panel impresses with its clear user guidance and minimalist design, while the Elite Free also offers cloud functionality—for remote control and monitoring of the sauna.

The Laava can be optionally retrofitted with Helo WT technology, which provides aromatic steam enjoyment. There are two versions to choose from:

  • A version with an integrated aroma cup for infusions with essential oils
  • A classic version for pure steam

This creates an individual sauna experience – technically precise and comfortable for everyday use.

Changes or cancelations are possible as long as the order is not yet in production, commissioning or shipping. Please contact us immediately after placing your order.

Are there any restrictions on the right of withdrawal?

Yes, custom-made products, special designs and individually configured goods are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal. We will clarify transparently whether a product falls under this before or at the latest when the order is placed.

How long does the delivery take and will I be informed?

The delivery time is indicated directly with the respective product. These are valid as long as the item is in stock. Deviating, individually agreed delivery times have priority. We will actively inform you in the event of delays. You will receive ongoing information on the shipping status.

How does delivery by forwarding agent work?

Delivery is standard free curbside. This means that the goods are delivered to the nearest point that can be reached by truck.

Important:

  • Access for trucks must be possible
  • Sufficient clearance width and height required
  • The customer is responsible for transportation from the curb
  • If required, additional services (e.g. delivery to the installation site) can be arranged in advance
Can I set a preferred delivery date?

Delivery date requests will be considered if possible. The shipping company will usually contact you one to two days before delivery to arrange an appointment. Fixed dates or times cannot be guaranteed. Express deliveries with exact delivery dates are possible on request.

What applies in the event of damage, missing parts or subsequent defects?

Please check the goods immediately upon delivery. Transport damage or missing parts must be documented and reported immediately with photos/videos.

The statutory warranty of 2 years applies to defects. We examine every case and take care of repair, replacement or an appropriate solution.
