Control is handled exclusively via external components: 6-kW models require a WE30 relay box, while 9-kW models require a WE40 relay box—each in combination with a Pure or Elite Free control panel. The adjustable stone system allows for the use of 20, 28, or 35 kg of Vulkanit sauna stones—a smaller amount of stones speeds up heating, while a larger amount enables particularly gentle, long-lasting infusions. The D-WT models also feature the energy-efficient Helo water technology for precisely increasing humidity.

Delivery date requests will be considered if possible. The shipping company will usually contact you one to two days before delivery to arrange an appointment. Fixed dates or times cannot be guaranteed. Express deliveries with exact delivery dates are possible on request.

What applies in the event of damage, missing parts or subsequent defects?

Please check the goods immediately upon delivery. Transport damage or missing parts must be documented and reported immediately with photos/videos.

The statutory warranty of 2 years applies to defects. We examine every case and take care of repair, replacement or an appropriate solution.
