The 6-kW model is suitable for sauna rooms ranging from 5–9 m³, while the 9-kW model is suitable for rooms ranging from 5–13 m³. In the STS-WT version, an integrated water tank with Helo technology additionally ensures a noticeably more humid sauna atmosphere.

Delivery date requests will be considered if possible. The shipping company will usually contact you one to two days before delivery to arrange an appointment. Fixed dates or times cannot be guaranteed. Express deliveries with exact delivery dates are possible on request.

What applies in the event of damage, missing parts or subsequent defects?

Please check the goods immediately upon delivery. Transport damage or missing parts must be documented and reported immediately with photos/videos.

The statutory warranty of 2 years applies to defects. We examine every case and take care of repair, replacement or an appropriate solution.
