The Helo Havanna STS / STS-WT electric sauna heater with integrated control – 6 / 9 kW is considered a pioneer among electric sauna heaters. Its central feature is the variable stone volume, which can be adjusted to three levels, allowing you to specifically influence the sauna climate. The STS version operates in the classic dry mode, while the STS-WT version is additionally equipped with integrated Helo-WT water technology and creates a noticeably more humid, gentler climate.

The Helo Havanna STS / STS-WT electric sauna heater with integrated control – 6 / 9 kW comes in a stylish jet black finish with clean lines and functional design. The compact construction allows for both wall and floor mounting. The body design is deliberately understated and blends harmoniously into both modern and classic sauna interiors.

Equipped with an integrated thermostat and timer, the Helo Havanna STS / STS-WT electric sauna heater with integrated control – 6 / 9 kW offers a self-sufficient operating solution without an external control unit. The timer has a heating time of 0–4 hours and a preselection time of 1–8 hours.

The variable stone system allows the use of 20, 28, or 35 kg of sauna stones. A smaller amount of stones ensures rapid heating, while a larger amount allows for particularly gentle, long-lasting infusions.

The STS-WT models also feature integrated Helo-WT technology with a water tank, which makes the sauna climate noticeably more humid and skin-friendly.

How long does the delivery take and will I be informed?

The delivery time is indicated directly with the respective product. These are valid as long as the item is in stock. Deviating, individually agreed delivery times have priority. We will actively inform you in the event of delays. You will receive ongoing information on the shipping status.

How does delivery by forwarding agent work?

Delivery is standard free curbside. This means that the goods are delivered to the nearest point that can be reached by truck.

Important:

  • Access for trucks must be possible
  • Sufficient clearance width and height required
  • The customer is responsible for transportation from the curb
  • If required, additional services (e.g. delivery to the installation site) can be arranged in advance
Can I set a preferred delivery date?

Delivery date requests will be considered if possible. The shipping company will usually contact you one to two days before delivery to arrange an appointment. Fixed dates or times cannot be guaranteed. Express deliveries with exact delivery dates are possible on request.

What applies in the event of damage, missing parts or subsequent defects?

Please check the goods immediately upon delivery. Transport damage or missing parts must be documented and reported immediately with photos/videos.

The statutory warranty of 2 years applies to defects. We examine every case and take care of repair, replacement or an appropriate solution.
