The precision-crafted metal casing emphasizes the modern character of the heater and gives it an architectural presence. The Helo Hanko D electric wall heater with external control – 6/8 kW is available in two power levels and covers sauna volumes from 5 to 12 m³.

– The 6.0 kW version is operated with a WE 30 contactor box in combination with a Pure or Elite Free control panel.

– The 8.0 kW version requires a WE 40 contactor box in combination with a Pure or Elite Free control panel.

The control and contactor boxes are available separately. This configuration allows for a clear separation of heating technology and operation, as well as a professional, installation-friendly solution.

How long does the delivery take and will I be informed?

The delivery time is indicated directly with the respective product. These are valid as long as the item is in stock. Deviating, individually agreed delivery times have priority. We will actively inform you in the event of delays. You will receive ongoing information on the shipping status.

How does delivery by forwarding agent work?

Delivery is standard free curbside. This means that the goods are delivered to the nearest point that can be reached by truck.

Important:

  • Access for trucks must be possible
  • Sufficient clearance width and height required
  • The customer is responsible for transportation from the curb
  • If required, additional services (e.g. delivery to the installation site) can be arranged in advance
Can I set a preferred delivery date?

Delivery date requests will be considered if possible. The shipping company will usually contact you one to two days before delivery to arrange an appointment. Fixed dates or times cannot be guaranteed. Express deliveries with exact delivery dates are possible on request.

What applies in the event of damage, missing parts or subsequent defects?

Please check the goods immediately upon delivery. Transport damage or missing parts must be documented and reported immediately with photos/videos.

The statutory warranty of 2 years applies to defects. We examine every case and take care of repair, replacement or an appropriate solution.
