With four power settings, it covers sauna volumes ranging from 3 to 13 m³, making it suitable for compact private saunas as well as more spacious cabins. The D variant, deliberately designed without integrated controls, can be combined with the Pure or Elite Free control panels—depending on the desired range of functions and installation concept. The Helo CUP D electric wall-mounted heater with external control—4.5 / 6 / 8 / 9 kW—is available in power ratings of 4.5, 6.0, 8.0, and 9.0 kW. The 4.5 and 6.0 kW models are controlled via a WE 30 relay box, while the 8.0 and 9.0 kW models are controlled via a WE 40 relay box—each in combination with the Pure or Elite Free control panel. The Pure Panel offers temperature control, timer functions, and lighting control in a compact design. The Elite Free Panel supplements these functions with Wi-Fi connectivity, cloud-based control via an app, calendar scheduling, and the ability to save favorites—provided a door contact is installed.

The 4.5-kW model is connected to a single-phase power supply, while all larger models are connected to a three-phase 400-volt high-voltage power supply.

Delivery date requests will be considered if possible. The shipping company will usually contact you one to two days before delivery to arrange an appointment. Fixed dates or times cannot be guaranteed. Express deliveries with exact delivery dates are possible on request.

What applies in the event of damage, missing parts or subsequent defects?

Please check the goods immediately upon delivery. Transport damage or missing parts must be documented and reported immediately with photos/videos.

The statutory warranty of 2 years applies to defects. We examine every case and take care of repair, replacement or an appropriate solution.
