The Helo CUP D electric wall heater with external control – 4.5 / 6 / 8 kW is available in three power levels and covers sauna volumes from 3 to 13 m³. It is controlled via separately available components:

– Models with 4.5 kW and 6.0 kW require a WE 30 relay box in combination with a Pure or Elite Free control panel.

– The 8.0 kW model is operated with a WE 40 relay box in combination with a Pure or Elite Free control panel.

This configuration allows flexible placement of the controls outside the sauna and supports modern control and safety concepts.

Delivery date requests will be considered if possible. The shipping company will usually contact you one to two days before delivery to arrange an appointment. Fixed dates or times cannot be guaranteed. Express deliveries with exact delivery dates are possible on request.

What applies in the event of damage, missing parts or subsequent defects?

Please check the goods immediately upon delivery. Transport damage or missing parts must be documented and reported immediately with photos/videos.

The statutory warranty of 2 years applies to defects. We examine every case and take care of repair, replacement or an appropriate solution.

As this was an international purchase and part of a house build, clear communication and reliability were extremely important to me. From the beginning Marc was very helpful, responsive and professional. He always replied quickly to my emails, answered any questions I had and kept me updated throughout the process.

Importing a large item from another country can sometimes feel stressful and a little complicated, especially when you are trying to coordinate things during a house build. Marc was very patient and made sure everything was explained clearly, from the order itself through to shipping and the delivery process into the UK.

The shower has now arrived safely and everything has worked out exactly as planned. Overall the whole experience was smooth and well managed, and I really appreciated Marc’s communication and support throughout.
