The heater is compatible with an optional hot water tank in the chimney model, which uses the waste heat to heat water. The set is available in two versions: the Basic version, which includes the heater and sauna stones, and the Comfort version, which includes an additional protective cover and floor protection for a ready-to-install solution. The chimney and water tank are sold separately and can be customized individually.

What applies in the event of damage, missing parts or subsequent defects?

Please check the goods immediately upon delivery. Transport damage or missing parts must be documented and reported immediately with photos/videos.

The statutory warranty of 2 years applies to defects. We examine every case and take care of repair, replacement or an appropriate solution.
