Stove characteristics of the Club Combi sauna heater

The Harvia Club Combi stands for performance and versatility in larger sauna cabins. The K11GS, K13.5GS, and K15GS models cover sauna sizes from approximately 9 to 24 m³.  This makes it ideal for private wellness areas as well as hotels, spa areas, or public facilities. The power output is available in 10.5 kW, 13.5 kW, or 15 kW.

Design & materials of the Combi oven

The stove is made entirely of stainless steel – robust, elegant, and corrosion-resistant. The housing measures approximately 505 mm wide, 490 mm deep, and 700 mm high, with a weight of approximately 30 kg.  The stone chamber holds up to 60 kg of sauna stones (Ø 5-10 cm), which ensures intense and long-lasting infusions. 

Technology & functions of the Combi combination oven

  • An integrated vaporizer allows for moist sauna types such as steam, herbal, or aroma saunas in addition to the classic dry sauna. 
  • Automatic filling of the water tank on models K11GS, K13.5GS, and K15GS. 
  • Control is via a separate control unit, which is not included in the scope of delivery. 
  • Power supply: The oven requires a 3-phase 400 V connection with appropriate fuses, as does the control unit separately (1-phase).

Changes or cancelations are possible as long as the order is not yet in production, commissioning or shipping. Please contact us immediately after placing your order.

Are there any restrictions on the right of withdrawal?

Yes, custom-made products, special designs and individually configured goods are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal. We will clarify transparently whether a product falls under this before or at the latest when the order is placed.

How long does the delivery take and will I be informed?

The delivery time is indicated directly with the respective product. These are valid as long as the item is in stock. Deviating, individually agreed delivery times have priority. We will actively inform you in the event of delays. You will receive ongoing information on the shipping status.

How does delivery by forwarding agent work?

Delivery is standard free curbside. This means that the goods are delivered to the nearest point that can be reached by truck.

Important:

  • Access for trucks must be possible
  • Sufficient clearance width and height required
  • The customer is responsible for transportation from the curb
  • If required, additional services (e.g. delivery to the installation site) can be arranged in advance
Can I set a preferred delivery date?

Delivery date requests will be considered if possible. The shipping company will usually contact you one to two days before delivery to arrange an appointment. Fixed dates or times cannot be guaranteed. Express deliveries with exact delivery dates are possible on request.

What applies in the event of damage, missing parts or subsequent defects?

Please check the goods immediately upon delivery. Transport damage or missing parts must be documented and reported immediately with photos/videos.

The statutory warranty of 2 years applies to defects. We examine every case and take care of repair, replacement or an appropriate solution.
