The set includes the Harvia Fenix FX1104WO sauna control unit, which combines modern control technology with high operational reliability. It allows precise temperature setting from 40 to 110 °C, time preselection, heating time limitation, and control of lighting and fans. The power unit is designed for up to 11 kW and can also be installed in the sauna room – ideal for indoor and outdoor saunas. The integrated safety features, including a door sensor and overheating protection, ensure reliable and standard-compliant operation.

The massive stone quantity of 75 to 120 kg—depending on the selected oven model—allows for flexible infusion options and a particularly pleasant, soft sauna climate. The control panel of the Fenix control system is IPX4-protected and can be flexibly mounted inside or outside the sauna. Thanks to the optional WiFi function, control via smartphone is also possible; activation takes place once after a three-month test phase. Multiple user profiles make everyday life easier and allow individual sauna settings to be accessed at any time.

How long does the delivery take and will I be informed?

The delivery time is indicated directly with the respective product. These are valid as long as the item is in stock. Deviating, individually agreed delivery times have priority. We will actively inform you in the event of delays. You will receive ongoing information on the shipping status.

How does delivery by forwarding agent work?

Delivery is standard free curbside. This means that the goods are delivered to the nearest point that can be reached by truck.

Important:

  • Access for trucks must be possible
  • Sufficient clearance width and height required
  • The customer is responsible for transportation from the curb
  • If required, additional services (e.g. delivery to the installation site) can be arranged in advance
Can I set a preferred delivery date?

Delivery date requests will be considered if possible. The shipping company will usually contact you one to two days before delivery to arrange an appointment. Fixed dates or times cannot be guaranteed. Express deliveries with exact delivery dates are possible on request.

What applies in the event of damage, missing parts or subsequent defects?

Please check the goods immediately upon delivery. Transport damage or missing parts must be documented and reported immediately with photos/videos.

The statutory warranty of 2 years applies to defects. We examine every case and take care of repair, replacement or an appropriate solution.
