The cylindrical design with an exposed stone storage chamber ensures even heat distribution and a particularly gentle steam experience. Inside the combustion chamber, interchangeable air control plates allow for precise control of the combustion process and extend the stove’s service life. With compact dimensions of 557 × 557 × 773 mm, the vertical column design blends harmoniously even into smaller spaces.

The Cilindro 20 Steel’s 17 kW heating capacity reliably brings sauna rooms between 8 and 20 m³ up to operating temperature, aided by special ventilation channels on the back for accelerated heating. The open stone compartment holds 120 kg of sauna stones with a diameter of 10 to 15 cm—a volume that enables long-lasting, even heat and powerful bursts of steam. The Basic Set includes the heater and stones, while the Comfort Set also includes a protective cover and floor protection. The chimney and water tank are intentionally designed as separate products to ensure maximum flexibility during installation.

How long does the delivery take and will I be informed?

The delivery time is indicated directly with the respective product. These are valid as long as the item is in stock. Deviating, individually agreed delivery times have priority. We will actively inform you in the event of delays. You will receive ongoing information on the shipping status.

Delivery date requests will be considered if possible. The shipping company will usually contact you one to two days before delivery to arrange an appointment. Fixed dates or times cannot be guaranteed. Express deliveries with exact delivery dates are possible on request.

What applies in the event of damage, missing parts or subsequent defects?

Please check the goods immediately upon delivery. Transport damage or missing parts must be documented and reported immediately with photos/videos.

The statutory warranty of 2 years applies to defects. We examine every case and take care of repair, replacement or an appropriate solution.
