The Genevas St. Moritz is no ordinary Outdoor Sauna, but a full-fledged wellness house with a well-thought-out layout covering 12.25 m². Three clearly separated areas—a 4.4 m² lounge, a sauna cabin of the same size, and a 1.6 m² shower room—offer a holistic sauna experience for up to five Persons. Developed by Genevas, a manufacturer with 19 years of experience in sauna construction, the St. Moritz model represents a new generation of modular Outdoor Saunas. The customizable exterior cladding, interior design, and sauna wood finishes make each unit one-of-a-kind.

The load-bearing structure, made of 60 mm thick cross-laminated timber, is fire-resistant, breathable, and allergen-free—a material that is highly regarded in modern timber construction. The benches are made of thermo-alder, a heat-treated alder wood characterized by low thermal conductivity and natural resistance. Two floor-to-ceiling, double-glazed windows flood the interior with natural light and blur the boundary between the sauna and the garden. The metal details are by Buster + Punch, a manufacturer known worldwide for its sculptural switches and outlets in architectural projects. In the shower area, the flexible SolidSoft shower tray ensures a secure footing and a pleasant feel underfoot.

Are there any restrictions on the right of withdrawal?

Yes, custom-made products, special designs and individually configured goods are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal. We will clarify transparently whether a product falls under this before or at the latest when the order is placed.

How long does the delivery take and will I be informed?

The delivery time is indicated directly with the respective product. These are valid as long as the item is in stock. Deviating, individually agreed delivery times have priority. We will actively inform you in the event of delays. You will receive ongoing information on the shipping status.

How does delivery by forwarding agent work?

Delivery is standard free curbside. This means that the goods are delivered to the nearest point that can be reached by truck.

Important:

  • Access for trucks must be possible
  • Sufficient clearance width and height required
  • The customer is responsible for transportation from the curb
  • If required, additional services (e.g. delivery to the installation site) can be arranged in advance
Can I set a preferred delivery date?

Delivery date requests will be considered if possible. The shipping company will usually contact you one to two days before delivery to arrange an appointment. Fixed dates or times cannot be guaranteed. Express deliveries with exact delivery dates are possible on request.

What applies in the event of damage, missing parts or subsequent defects?

Please check the goods immediately upon delivery. Transport damage or missing parts must be documented and reported immediately with photos/videos.

The statutory warranty of 2 years applies to defects. We examine every case and take care of repair, replacement or an appropriate solution.
