Massage Technology and Smart Controls in the EAGO AWT GE109TSL Indoor Hot tub TSL Luxury Series

Fourteen illuminated wall jets—including four adjustable turbo jets and ten massage jets in the foot and back areas—work in conjunction with eight illuminated floor jets, whose patented water-air combination creates a particularly intense massage experience. The pulse massage automatically alternates between soft and strong intensities, while the floor and wall jets remain independently adjustable. The LX pump has a power output of 1,100 to 1,500 W and is complemented by the 1,500 W LX heater, which maintains the water at the desired temperature and automatically shuts off once that temperature is reached. The computer-controlled digital TSL control panel manages all functions, including ozone disinfection and water level monitoring to protect the pump.

What should I look out for before ordering?

How long does the delivery take and will I be informed?

The delivery time is indicated directly with the respective product. These are valid as long as the item is in stock. Deviating, individually agreed delivery times have priority. We will actively inform you in the event of delays. You will receive ongoing information on the shipping status.

How does delivery by forwarding agent work?

Delivery is standard free curbside. This means that the goods are delivered to the nearest point that can be reached by truck.

If required, additional services (e.g. delivery to the installation site) can be arranged in advance

Can I set a preferred delivery date?

Delivery date requests will be considered if possible. The shipping company will usually contact you one to two days before delivery to arrange an appointment. Fixed dates or times cannot be guaranteed. Express deliveries with exact delivery dates are possible on request.

What applies in the event of damage, missing parts or subsequent defects?

Please check the goods immediately upon delivery. Transport damage or missing parts must be documented and reported immediately with photos/videos.

The statutory warranty of 2 years applies to defects. We examine every case and take care of repair, replacement or an appropriate solution.
