Designed for sauna rooms up to 22 m³, the Cozy 18 holds up to 140 kg of sauna stones—one of the largest stone capacities in the COZY range. This mass acts as a natural heat reservoir, keeping the sauna warm long after the fire has gone out. COZY Heat develops and manufactures its products in Estonia, with its own production facilities and over two decades of experience in sauna heater construction.

Simple design and solid construction – the Cozy 18 wood-burning sauna heater in detail

The timeless design of the Cozy 18 dispenses with decorative elements and prioritizes function. The 5 mm thick structural steel guarantees durability under constant thermal stress. Available in black or stainless steel, the heater blends seamlessly into any sauna design. The stone grid is interchangeable, allowing the appearance to be customized at any time.

Efficient and certified – technology in the Cozy 18 wood-burning sauna heater for saunas up to 22 m³

The Cozy 18’s secondary air system reduces wood consumption by at least 25%, and in tests by up to 40%, compared to conventional stoves. Emissions are six times lower than the average for comparable models. Logs up to 40 cm are burned cleanly. The stove complies with BImSchV Level 2 as well as the EN 15821 and DIN EN 13240 standards without any retrofitting.

Flexible installation – the Cozy 18 wood-burning sauna stove with internal and external firing

The Cozy 18 wood-fired sauna heater is available in both an internal combustion version and a TW version with external combustion. The TW version moves the wood-loading process to the outside, keeping the interior of the sauna free of wood debris. The lateral safety clearance is only 230 mm from combustible materials—without the need for additional protective cladding.

Yes, custom-made products, special designs and individually configured goods are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal. We will clarify transparently whether a product falls under this before or at the latest when the order is placed.

How long does the delivery take and will I be informed?

The delivery time is indicated directly with the respective product. These are valid as long as the item is in stock. Deviating, individually agreed delivery times have priority. We will actively inform you in the event of delays. You will receive ongoing information on the shipping status.

How does delivery by forwarding agent work?

Delivery is standard free curbside. This means that the goods are delivered to the nearest point that can be reached by truck.

Important:

  • Access for trucks must be possible
  • Sufficient clearance width and height required
  • The customer is responsible for transportation from the curb
  • If required, additional services (e.g. delivery to the installation site) can be arranged in advance
Can I set a preferred delivery date?

Delivery date requests will be considered if possible. The shipping company will usually contact you one to two days before delivery to arrange an appointment. Fixed dates or times cannot be guaranteed. Express deliveries with exact delivery dates are possible on request.

What applies in the event of damage, missing parts or subsequent defects?

Please check the goods immediately upon delivery. Transport damage or missing parts must be documented and reported immediately with photos/videos.

The statutory warranty of 2 years applies to defects. We examine every case and take care of repair, replacement or an appropriate solution.
