The Cozy 18 SW is designed for sauna volumes up to 22 m³ and holds up to 100 kg of sauna stones. The SW design’s gentle slope toward the steam room facilitates the infusion process and elegantly highlights the volume of the stones. COZY Heat, based in Estonia, manufactures every heater in-house and maintains rigorous quality control.

Vertical lines and 5 mm structural steel – the design and materials of the Cozy 18 SW

The SW design is characterized by graceful, vertical lines and a gently sloping body. Made of 5 mm thick structural steel, the Cozy 18 SW wood-fired sauna heater offers lasting stability even under the highest thermal stress. The surface is available in black or stainless steel. The interchangeable stone grid allows for a customized appearance.

Optimized combustion in the Cozy 18 SW wood-burning sauna heater for saunas up to 22 m³

The secondary air supply in the Cozy 18 SW reduces wood consumption by at least 25%, and in tests by up to 40%. Emissions are six times lower than in comparable models. Logs up to 40 cm in length are burned completely and cleanly. The stove is certified according to BImSchV Level 2, EN 15821, and DIN EN 13240—without additional filter technology.

Convenient heating and flexible interior design with the Cozy 18 SW

The Cozy 18 SW wood-fired sauna heater is available with an internal firebox or as a TW model with an external firebox. The TW version allows for stoking from the outside and keeps the interior of the sauna clean. A side safety clearance of 230 mm from combustible materials—without the need for additional heat-resistant cladding—provides great flexibility in sauna planning.

Gentle steam and Estonian precision—the Cozy 18 SW wood-fired sauna stove in action

100 kg of sauna stones store the heat from the wood and release it into the room as mild, voluminous steam. Infusions unfold gently and evenly, without aggressive bursts of heat. The 5-year manufacturer’s warranty and TÜV-certified quality assurance guarantee long-lasting quality. Sauna stones, a TW frame set, and a chimney ceiling vent are available as optional accessories.

Are there any restrictions on the right of withdrawal?

Yes, custom-made products, special designs and individually configured goods are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal. We will clarify transparently whether a product falls under this before or at the latest when the order is placed.

How long does the delivery take and will I be informed?

The delivery time is indicated directly with the respective product. These are valid as long as the item is in stock. Deviating, individually agreed delivery times have priority. We will actively inform you in the event of delays. You will receive ongoing information on the shipping status.

How does delivery by forwarding agent work?

Delivery is standard free curbside. This means that the goods are delivered to the nearest point that can be reached by truck.

Important:

  • Access for trucks must be possible
  • Sufficient clearance width and height required
  • The customer is responsible for transportation from the curb
  • If required, additional services (e.g. delivery to the installation site) can be arranged in advance
Can I set a preferred delivery date?

Delivery date requests will be considered if possible. The shipping company will usually contact you one to two days before delivery to arrange an appointment. Fixed dates or times cannot be guaranteed. Express deliveries with exact delivery dates are possible on request.

What applies in the event of damage, missing parts or subsequent defects?

Please check the goods immediately upon delivery. Transport damage or missing parts must be documented and reported immediately with photos/videos.

The statutory warranty of 2 years applies to defects. We examine every case and take care of repair, replacement or an appropriate solution.
