The Cozy 18 Quattro Wood-Fired Sauna Stove – Uncompromising Performance for Saunas Up to 22 m³

Designed for sauna rooms up to 22 m³, the Cozy 18 Quattro wood-fired sauna heater delivers long-lasting, even heat of the highest quality. With a stone capacity of 120 kg, the large stone mass acts as a natural heat reservoir, allowing the steam to rise gently and abundantly. COZY Heat, founded in Estonia in 2018, combines decades of sauna expertise with its own quality-controlled manufacturing.

Efficient combustion technology in the Cozy 18 Quattro wood-burning sauna heater for saunas up to 22 m³

The Cozy 18 Quattro features an optimized secondary air system that reduces fuel consumption by at least 25%—and in tests, by up to 40% compared to comparable wood-fired sauna stoves. Flue gas emissions are six times lower than in conventional models. The stove accepts logs up to 40 cm in length and meets the requirements of BImSchV Level 2 as well as the EN 15821 and DIN EN 13240 standards without additional filter systems.

Flexible heating options and spacious interior design with the Cozy 18 Quattro

The Cozy 18 Quattro wood-fired sauna heater is available in both an interior-fired version and a TW version with exterior firing. The TW version allows wood to be added from outside the sauna cabin, enhancing comfort and cleanliness inside. With a safety clearance of just 230 mm from combustible materials on the side—without the need for additional heat-protective cladding—the heater offers maximum flexibility in sauna planning.

Are there any restrictions on the right of withdrawal?

Yes, custom-made products, special designs and individually configured goods are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal. We will clarify transparently whether a product falls under this before or at the latest when the order is placed.

How long does the delivery take and will I be informed?

The delivery time is indicated directly with the respective product. These are valid as long as the item is in stock. Deviating, individually agreed delivery times have priority. We will actively inform you in the event of delays. You will receive ongoing information on the shipping status.

How does delivery by forwarding agent work?

Delivery is standard free curbside. This means that the goods are delivered to the nearest point that can be reached by truck.

Important:

  • Access for trucks must be possible
  • Sufficient clearance width and height required
  • The customer is responsible for transportation from the curb
  • If required, additional services (e.g. delivery to the installation site) can be arranged in advance
Can I set a preferred delivery date?

Delivery date requests will be considered if possible. The shipping company will usually contact you one to two days before delivery to arrange an appointment. Fixed dates or times cannot be guaranteed. Express deliveries with exact delivery dates are possible on request.

What applies in the event of damage, missing parts or subsequent defects?

Please check the goods immediately upon delivery. Transport damage or missing parts must be documented and reported immediately with photos/videos.

The statutory warranty of 2 years applies to defects. We examine every case and take care of repair, replacement or an appropriate solution.
