The Cozy 18 Quattro wood-burning sauna heater for saunas up to 18 m³ is designed for sauna owners who want to combine classic wood heating with modern efficiency. It is suitable for sauna volumes up to approx. 20 m³ and generates an even, long-lasting heat that is particularly pleasant. Depending on the selected model, the heater can be fired from the inside or outside, making it flexible enough to adapt to different sauna concepts.

With an output of 10.1 kW, the Cozy 18 Quattro wood-burning sauna heater is particularly efficient for saunas up to 18 m³. The maximum fuel capacity is 10 kg of wood with a log length of up to 30 cm. The heater meets the requirements of the German BImSchV Stage 2 in the TÜV test without additional filter or retrofit systems. Fuel consumption is at least 25% lower than comparable wood-burning sauna heaters, and in tests was even up to 40% lower. At the same time, flue gas emissions are up to six times cleaner than conventional models.

The external firing (TW) version allows wood to be added outside the sauna cabin, increasing comfort and cleanliness inside. Despite its high performance, the stove only requires a safety distance of 23 cm from combustible materials – without any additional heat protection cladding. This opens up maximum freedom in sauna planning.

How does delivery by forwarding agent work?

Delivery is standard free curbside. This means that the goods are delivered to the nearest point that can be reached by truck.

Can I set a preferred delivery date?

Delivery date requests will be considered if possible. The shipping company will usually contact you one to two days before delivery to arrange an appointment. Fixed dates or times cannot be guaranteed. Express deliveries with exact delivery dates are possible on request.

What applies in the event of damage, missing parts or subsequent defects?

Please check the goods immediately upon delivery. Transport damage or missing parts must be documented and reported immediately with photos/videos.

The statutory warranty of 2 years applies to defects. We examine every case and take care of repair, replacement or an appropriate solution.
