It can hold up to 160 kg of sauna stones, forming the basis for particularly stable heat storage. The functional, clear design supports harmonious integration into both classic and modern sauna interiors and underlines the professional character of the heater.

With an output of 10.1 kW, the Cozy 18 OG wood-burning sauna heater for saunas up to 18 m³ operates efficiently and in a controlled manner. The maximum fuel capacity is 8 kg of wood with a log length of up to 30 cm. In the TÜV test, the heater meets the requirements of the German BImSchV Stage 2 without additional filter or retrofit systems. Fuel consumption is at least 25% lower than comparable wood-burning sauna heaters, and in tests was even up to 40% lower. At the same time, flue gas emissions are up to six times cleaner than conventional models.

How long does the delivery take and will I be informed?

The delivery time is indicated directly with the respective product. These are valid as long as the item is in stock. Deviating, individually agreed delivery times have priority. We will actively inform you in the event of delays. You will receive ongoing information on the shipping status.

How does delivery by forwarding agent work?

Delivery is standard free curbside. This means that the goods are delivered to the nearest point that can be reached by truck.

Important:

  • Access for trucks must be possible
  • Sufficient clearance width and height required
  • The customer is responsible for transportation from the curb
  • If required, additional services (e.g. delivery to the installation site) can be arranged in advance
Can I set a preferred delivery date?

Delivery date requests will be considered if possible. The shipping company will usually contact you one to two days before delivery to arrange an appointment. Fixed dates or times cannot be guaranteed. Express deliveries with exact delivery dates are possible on request.

What applies in the event of damage, missing parts or subsequent defects?

Please check the goods immediately upon delivery. Transport damage or missing parts must be documented and reported immediately with photos/videos.

The statutory warranty of 2 years applies to defects. We examine every case and take care of repair, replacement or an appropriate solution.
