The solid design allows it to hold up to 160 kg of sauna stones, creating a particularly gentle and even heat radiation. The minimalist design blends harmoniously into both classic and modern sauna interiors and underlines the professional quality of this heater.

With an output of 10.1 kW, the Cozy 18 O wood-burning sauna heater is designed for saunas up to 18 m³ and sauna volumes up to approx. 20 m³. The burner is designed for logs up to 30 cm in length, with a maximum fuel capacity of 8 kg. Thanks to its advanced combustion technology, this Sauna Heater meets the requirements of the German BImSchV Stage 2 in the TÜV test – without additional filters or technical aids. Fuel consumption is at least 25% lower than comparable models, and in the test even up to 40% lower. At the same time, flue gas emissions are up to six times cleaner than with conventional wood-burning sauna heaters.

How long does the delivery take and will I be informed?

The delivery time is indicated directly with the respective product. These are valid as long as the item is in stock. Deviating, individually agreed delivery times have priority. We will actively inform you in the event of delays. You will receive ongoing information on the shipping status.

How does delivery by forwarding agent work?

Delivery is standard free curbside. This means that the goods are delivered to the nearest point that can be reached by truck.

Important:

  • Access for trucks must be possible
  • Sufficient clearance width and height required
  • The customer is responsible for transportation from the curb
  • If required, additional services (e.g. delivery to the installation site) can be arranged in advance
Can I set a preferred delivery date?

Delivery date requests will be considered if possible. The shipping company will usually contact you one to two days before delivery to arrange an appointment. Fixed dates or times cannot be guaranteed. Express deliveries with exact delivery dates are possible on request.

What applies in the event of damage, missing parts or subsequent defects?

Please check the goods immediately upon delivery. Transport damage or missing parts must be documented and reported immediately with photos/videos.

The statutory warranty of 2 years applies to defects. We examine every case and take care of repair, replacement or an appropriate solution.
