With a 90 kg stone capacity for sauna rooms up to 12 m³, the Cozy 12 offers impressive heating performance for its size. The generous stone mass stores energy over long periods and releases it into the room as even, deep heat. COZY Heat from Estonia manufactures the stove in-house—drawing on decades of expertise in sauna stove construction.

Timeless design made of 5 mm structural steel – the material and form of the Cozy 12

The Cozy 12 wood-fired sauna heater features a simple, timeless design that complements any sauna style. The body, made of 5 mm thick structural steel, guarantees stability and durability. Available in either black or stainless steel, its appearance can be customized with interchangeable stone grids.

Economical and clean – the combustion technology of the Cozy 12 wood-fired sauna heater

The integrated secondary air system reduces wood consumption by at least 25% and cuts emissions to one-sixth of those from comparable stoves. Logs up to 33 cm are burned efficiently and completely. The Cozy 12 is certified according to BImSchV Level 2, EN 15821, and DIN EN 13240—without any additional filters or retrofitting.

Compact and flexible – the Cozy 12 wood-fired sauna heater for saunas up to 12 m³ with TW option

Available with either an internal heating system or as a TW model with an external heating system, the Cozy 12 adapts to a wide variety of room layouts. The side safety clearance of just 170 mm from combustible materials—without a protective cover—allows for flexible installation even in small sauna rooms.

Gentle steam and long-lasting quality – the Cozy 12 wood-burning sauna heater

90 kg of sauna stones convert the heat from the wood into a mild, voluminous steam that penetrates the body and relaxes the muscles. The 5-year manufacturer’s warranty and European certification ensure long-term quality. Optionally, sauna stones, a TW frame set, and a chimney ceiling penetration set can be added to the scope of delivery.

Changes or cancelations are possible as long as the order is not yet in production, commissioning or shipping. Please contact us immediately after placing your order.

Are there any restrictions on the right of withdrawal?

Yes, custom-made products, special designs and individually configured goods are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal. We will clarify transparently whether a product falls under this before or at the latest when the order is placed.

How long does the delivery take and will I be informed?

The delivery time is indicated directly with the respective product. These are valid as long as the item is in stock. Deviating, individually agreed delivery times have priority. We will actively inform you in the event of delays. You will receive ongoing information on the shipping status.

How does delivery by forwarding agent work?

Delivery is standard free curbside. This means that the goods are delivered to the nearest point that can be reached by truck.

Important:

  • Access for trucks must be possible
  • Sufficient clearance width and height required
  • The customer is responsible for transportation from the curb
  • If required, additional services (e.g. delivery to the installation site) can be arranged in advance
Can I set a preferred delivery date?

Delivery date requests will be considered if possible. The shipping company will usually contact you one to two days before delivery to arrange an appointment. Fixed dates or times cannot be guaranteed. Express deliveries with exact delivery dates are possible on request.

What applies in the event of damage, missing parts or subsequent defects?

Please check the goods immediately upon delivery. Transport damage or missing parts must be documented and reported immediately with photos/videos.

The statutory warranty of 2 years applies to defects. We examine every case and take care of repair, replacement or an appropriate solution.
