The heater is available with both internal combustion and as a tunnel version (Cozy 12 TW) with external combustion – an advantage for individual room concepts and comfort requirements.

The Cozy 12 wood-burning sauna heater for saunas up to 13 m³ is characterized by its stable, durable construction, which easily withstands the high temperatures of regular sauna use. Its design allows for a stone capacity of up to 120 kg—the basis for long-term heat storage and gentle steam generation. The clear, functional design blends discreetly and harmoniously into the sauna interior and underlines its technical precision.

With a rated output of 11.5 kW, the Cozy 12 wood-burning sauna heater offers efficient and easily adjustable heating for saunas up to 13 m³. The maximum fuel capacity is 8 kg of logs, designed for lengths up to 30 cm. The heater complies with German BImSchV Level 2 – TÜV-tested and without additional filter technology. Fuel consumption is around 25% lower than comparable heating systems, and in tests was even up to 40% lower. The required safety distance to combustible materials is only 17 cm, without any additional protective cladding.

How long does the delivery take and will I be informed?

The delivery time is indicated directly with the respective product. These are valid as long as the item is in stock. Deviating, individually agreed delivery times have priority. We will actively inform you in the event of delays. You will receive ongoing information on the shipping status.

How does delivery by forwarding agent work?

Delivery is standard free curbside. This means that the goods are delivered to the nearest point that can be reached by truck.

Important:

  • Access for trucks must be possible
  • Sufficient clearance width and height required
  • The customer is responsible for transportation from the curb
  • If required, additional services (e.g. delivery to the installation site) can be arranged in advance
Can I set a preferred delivery date?

Delivery date requests will be considered if possible. The shipping company will usually contact you one to two days before delivery to arrange an appointment. Fixed dates or times cannot be guaranteed. Express deliveries with exact delivery dates are possible on request.

What applies in the event of damage, missing parts or subsequent defects?

Please check the goods immediately upon delivery. Transport damage or missing parts must be documented and reported immediately with photos/videos.

The statutory warranty of 2 years applies to defects. We examine every case and take care of repair, replacement or an appropriate solution.
