When flowing forms meet the crackling of a wood fire, an atmosphere is created that goes beyond mere heating. The Cozy 12 SW wood-burning sauna heater for saunas up to 12 m³ brings the elegant SW design language to compact sauna rooms and provides an experience that engages all the senses.

Efficient combustion and low emissions – technology in the Cozy 12 SW wood-burning sauna stove

The secondary air system reduces wood consumption by at least 25%, and in tests by up to 40%. Emissions are six times lower than those of conventional wood-burning sauna stoves. Logs up to 33 cm are burned efficiently and cleanly. The Cozy 12 SW complies with BImSchV Level 2 as well as the EN 15821 and DIN EN 13240 standards—without additional filters.

Indoor or outdoor heating—the Cozy 12 SW wood-fired sauna heater for saunas up to 12 m³ with TW option

The Cozy 12 SW is available either with an internal firebox or as a TW variant with an external firebox. Loading wood from the outside keeps the interior of the sauna free of wood and ash. The side safety clearance is only 170 mm—without an additional heat shield. This makes the heater suitable for compact sauna designs.

Gentle steam and proven quality – the benefits of the Cozy 12 SW wood-fired sauna heater

80 kg of sauna stones absorb the heat from the wood fire and release it into the room as gentle, voluminous steam. The heat penetrates deeply, relieving tension and promoting regeneration. The 5-year manufacturer’s warranty and certified quality in accordance with the highest European standards ensure a long-lasting sauna experience. Sauna stones, a TW frame set, and a chimney ceiling vent are available as optional extras.

Yes, custom-made products, special designs and individually configured goods are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal. We will clarify transparently whether a product falls under this before or at the latest when the order is placed.

How long does the delivery take and will I be informed?

The delivery time is indicated directly with the respective product. These are valid as long as the item is in stock. Deviating, individually agreed delivery times have priority. We will actively inform you in the event of delays. You will receive ongoing information on the shipping status.

How does delivery by forwarding agent work?

Delivery is standard free curbside. This means that the goods are delivered to the nearest point that can be reached by truck.

Important:

  • Access for trucks must be possible
  • Sufficient clearance width and height required
  • The customer is responsible for transportation from the curb
  • If required, additional services (e.g. delivery to the installation site) can be arranged in advance
Can I set a preferred delivery date?

Delivery date requests will be considered if possible. The shipping company will usually contact you one to two days before delivery to arrange an appointment. Fixed dates or times cannot be guaranteed. Express deliveries with exact delivery dates are possible on request.

What applies in the event of damage, missing parts or subsequent defects?

Please check the goods immediately upon delivery. Transport damage or missing parts must be documented and reported immediately with photos/videos.

The statutory warranty of 2 years applies to defects. We examine every case and take care of repair, replacement or an appropriate solution.
