The Cozy 12 Quattro wood-burning sauna heater for saunas up to 13 m³ is manufactured in a robust, durable construction that is designed for high thermal loads. It can hold up to 120 kg of sauna stones, creating a solid foundation for even heat storage and gentle steam generation. The clear, functional design supports harmonious integration into the sauna interior and gives the heater a calm, powerful presence.

With a rated output of 11.5 kW, the Cozy 12 Quattro wood-burning sauna heater for saunas up to 13 m³ offers efficient combustion and controlled heat generation. The maximum fuel capacity is 8 kg of wood, designed for log lengths up to 30 cm. In the TÜV test, the German BImSchV Level 2 was achieved without any additional equipment. Fuel consumption is around 25% lower than comparable wood-burning sauna heaters, and in tests even up to 40% lower. In addition, the safety distance to combustible materials is exceptionally low at only 17 cm – without any additional protective cladding.

How long does the delivery take and will I be informed?

The delivery time is indicated directly with the respective product. These are valid as long as the item is in stock. Deviating, individually agreed delivery times have priority. We will actively inform you in the event of delays. You will receive ongoing information on the shipping status.

Delivery date requests will be considered if possible. The shipping company will usually contact you one to two days before delivery to arrange an appointment. Fixed dates or times cannot be guaranteed. Express deliveries with exact delivery dates are possible on request.

What applies in the event of damage, missing parts or subsequent defects?

Please check the goods immediately upon delivery. Transport damage or missing parts must be documented and reported immediately with photos/videos.

The statutory warranty of 2 years applies to defects. We examine every case and take care of repair, replacement or an appropriate solution.

I had a very positive experience ordering my steam shower through FinA Wellness Store, and in particular working with Marc.

As this was an international purchase and part of a house build, clear communication and reliability were extremely important to me. From the beginning Marc was very helpful, responsive and professional. He always replied quickly to my emails, answered any questions I had and kept me updated throughout the process.

Importing a large item from another country can sometimes feel stressful and a little complicated, especially when you are trying to coordinate things during a house build. Marc was very patient and made sure everything was explained clearly, from the order itself through to shipping and the delivery process into the UK.

The shower has now arrived safely and everything has worked out exactly as planned. Overall the whole experience was smooth and well managed, and I really appreciated Marc’s communication and support throughout.
