The Cozy 12 OG Wood-Fired Sauna Heater – striking design for saunas up to 12 m³

With an 80 kg stone capacity and designed for sauna rooms up to 12 m³, the Cozy 12 OG delivers reliable, even heat in a compact design. The stone mass acts as a natural heat reservoir and ensures a particularly gentle steam. COZY Heat manufactures every heater in-house in Estonia and subjects it to strict quality control.

The Cozy 12 OG’s secondary air system reduces fuel consumption by at least 25% and flue gas emissions to one-sixth of those of comparable models. Logs up to 33 cm in length are burned cleanly and efficiently. Certification according to BImSchV Level 2, EN 15821, and DIN EN 13240 is achieved without retrofitting.

The Cozy 12 OG is available with either an interior or exterior heating system (TW variant). The side safety clearance is only 170 mm from combustible surfaces—without the need for additional protective cladding. Sauna stones, a TW frame set, and a chimney ceiling vent are available as optional extras.

Can I change or cancel my order at a later date?

Changes or cancelations are possible as long as the order is not yet in production, commissioning or shipping. Please contact us immediately after placing your order.

Are there any restrictions on the right of withdrawal?

Yes, custom-made products, special designs and individually configured goods are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal. We will clarify transparently whether a product falls under this before or at the latest when the order is placed.

How long does the delivery take and will I be informed?

The delivery time is indicated directly with the respective product. These are valid as long as the item is in stock. Deviating, individually agreed delivery times have priority. We will actively inform you in the event of delays. You will receive ongoing information on the shipping status.

How does delivery by forwarding agent work?

Delivery is standard free curbside. This means that the goods are delivered to the nearest point that can be reached by truck.

Important:

  • Access for trucks must be possible
  • Sufficient clearance width and height required
  • The customer is responsible for transportation from the curb
  • If required, additional services (e.g. delivery to the installation site) can be arranged in advance
Can I set a preferred delivery date?

Delivery date requests will be considered if possible. The shipping company will usually contact you one to two days before delivery to arrange an appointment. Fixed dates or times cannot be guaranteed. Express deliveries with exact delivery dates are possible on request.

What applies in the event of damage, missing parts or subsequent defects?

Please check the goods immediately upon delivery. Transport damage or missing parts must be documented and reported immediately with photos/videos.

The statutory warranty of 2 years applies to defects. We examine every case and take care of repair, replacement or an appropriate solution.
