The Cozy 12 OG wood-burning sauna heater for saunas up to 13 m³ was specially designed for small to medium-sized sauna rooms that require authentic wood heating and high efficiency. Developed for sauna volumes of 6 to 13 m³, this heater creates a soft, even, and deeply effective heat climate. Depending on the installation situation, the customer can choose between internal firing or the tunnel version (OG-TW) for external firing, allowing the stove to be integrated flexibly.

Technology & Functions – The Cozy 12 OG wood-burning sauna heater for saunas up to 13 m³ with TÜV-certified combustion

With a rated output of 11.5 kW, the Cozy 12 OG wood-burning sauna heater for saunas up to 13 m³ offers efficient, controlled combustion. The maximum fuel capacity is 8 kg of wood with a log length of up to 30 cm. In the TÜV test, the stove achieved German BImSchV Level 2 without additional filters or technical accessories. Fuel consumption is approx. 25% lower than comparable models, and in tests even up to 40% lower. In addition, the required safety distance to combustible materials is only 17 cm – an exceptionally low value without additional heat protection walls.

The short safety distance makes it easy to install even in compact sauna rooms and increases planning freedom.

Yes, custom-made products, special designs and individually configured goods are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal. We will clarify transparently whether a product falls under this before or at the latest when the order is placed.

How long does the delivery take and will I be informed?

The delivery time is indicated directly with the respective product. These are valid as long as the item is in stock. Deviating, individually agreed delivery times have priority. We will actively inform you in the event of delays. You will receive ongoing information on the shipping status.

How does delivery by forwarding agent work?

Delivery is standard free curbside. This means that the goods are delivered to the nearest point that can be reached by truck.

Important:

  • Access for trucks must be possible
  • Sufficient clearance width and height required
  • The customer is responsible for transportation from the curb
  • If required, additional services (e.g. delivery to the installation site) can be arranged in advance
Can I set a preferred delivery date?

Delivery date requests will be considered if possible. The shipping company will usually contact you one to two days before delivery to arrange an appointment. Fixed dates or times cannot be guaranteed. Express deliveries with exact delivery dates are possible on request.

What applies in the event of damage, missing parts or subsequent defects?

Please check the goods immediately upon delivery. Transport damage or missing parts must be documented and reported immediately with photos/videos.

The statutory warranty of 2 years applies to defects. We examine every case and take care of repair, replacement or an appropriate solution.
