  • Whirlpool Baths: 70 cm high on the outside, 52.5 cm on the inside
  • Whirlpools: 100 cm high on the outside, 82.5 cm on the inside; delivery includes block steps as outdoor stairs.

The upper edge of whirlpools is raised by 10 cm at one end (usually the head end). Alternatively, a uniform height all around is possible – when Installation an air bar mounted on the paneling (see equipment variants).

Larch or kambala wood is used in the standard design. All whirlpools and Whirlpool Baths are coated with a transparent hygienic sealant on the inside and outside.

Important note regarding installation:

  • The transparent sealant is not suitable for outdoor use.
  • The following applies to UV-resistant models with lids: To be fitted with a lid, the Hot tub must be of uniform height all around, with no elevation at the head end (note: "air bar").

The specially developed hygiene sealant is: physiologically harmless, highly moisture-resistant, elastic (works with the wood), chemical- and temperature-resistant, hygienically tested according to DIN 25415 ("very good"). In practice, it is comparable to or better than sanitary acrylic, but with the warmth and feel of wood.

Delivery date requests will be considered if possible. The shipping company will usually contact you one to two days before delivery to arrange an appointment. Fixed dates or times cannot be guaranteed. Express deliveries with exact delivery dates are possible on request.

What applies in the event of damage, missing parts or subsequent defects?

Please check the goods immediately upon delivery. Transport damage or missing parts must be documented and reported immediately with photos/videos.

The statutory warranty of 2 years applies to defects. We examine every case and take care of repair, replacement or an appropriate solution.
