Design & materials – the BADESOFA seat cushion

The cushion cover is made of a high-quality outdoor fabric specially developed for use in water. It is water-resistant, UV-resistant, and resistant to common bath additives, salts, and oils. The material dries quickly and is mold-resistant when properly cared for. An integrated loop allows for convenient hanging after use.

Technology & functions – the BADESOFA seat cushion

Inside, an innovative 3D mesh inner cushion with EPS filling ensures high water and air permeability. This allows the seat cushion to dry without waterlogging while maintaining its position in the water without floating. An integrated sand weight made of ten-times-cleaned quartz sand, encased in neoprene, ensures additional stability.

Application & comfort – the BADESOFA seat cushion

Whether in a deep bathtub, on a brick shower bench, or in a walk-in shower, the seat cushion adapts flexibly to different situations. It provides noticeable support when sitting and promotes a relaxed posture. Thanks to the Magic Dry function, the cushion can simply be left in the tub after bathing and will dry on its own.

What should I look out for before ordering?

Changes or cancelations are possible as long as the order is not yet in production, commissioning or shipping. Please contact us immediately after placing your order.

Are there any restrictions on the right of withdrawal?

Yes, custom-made products, special designs and individually configured goods are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal. We will clarify transparently whether a product falls under this before or at the latest when the order is placed.

How long does the delivery take and will I be informed?

The delivery time is indicated directly with the respective product. These are valid as long as the item is in stock. Deviating, individually agreed delivery times have priority. We will actively inform you in the event of delays. You will receive ongoing information on the shipping status.

Can I set a preferred delivery date?

Delivery date requests will be considered if possible. The shipping company will usually contact you one to two days before delivery to arrange an appointment. Fixed dates or times cannot be guaranteed. Express deliveries with exact delivery dates are possible on request.

What applies in the event of damage, missing parts or subsequent defects?

Please check the goods immediately upon delivery. Transport damage or missing parts must be documented and reported immediately with photos/videos.

The statutory warranty of 2 years applies to defects. We examine every case and take care of repair, replacement or an appropriate solution.
