The 95 mm thick wall construction, featuring 70 mm of mineral wool insulation and a vapor barrier that allows for moisture diffusion, ensures first-class thermal insulation. The version with the EOS BiO-Cubo features a 12 kW Sauna Heater with a double-walled construction, a stainless steel inner lining, and a vaporization function—controlled via the EOS Emotec H with a TFT display, 19 languages, and a rotary switch for switching between Finnish and Bi-O modes. The version with EOS Cubo offers the same heater output, combined with the EOS Emotec E control system for classic Finnish operation. Both heaters hold 25 kg of sauna stones and, with their anthracite pearl-effect powder coating, blend seamlessly into the cubist design. The 27 mm double-pane insulated glass (6+15ar+6) and the convection fresh air supply with adjustable outlet flap ensure a perfectly regulated sauna climate. The SBM app module can be added as an option, enabling worldwide control via app.

Like European fir, hemlock fir belongs to the pine family. Hemlock mainly comes from Canadian regions, Alaska, and the west coast of North America. How long does the delivery take and will I be informed?

The delivery time is indicated directly with the respective product. These are valid as long as the item is in stock. Deviating, individually agreed delivery times have priority. We will actively inform you in the event of delays. You will receive ongoing information on the shipping status.

How does delivery by forwarding agent work?

Delivery is standard free curbside. This means that the goods are delivered to the nearest point that can be reached by truck.

Important:

  • Access for trucks must be possible
  • Sufficient clearance width and height required
  • The customer is responsible for transportation from the curb
  • If required, additional services (e.g. delivery to the installation site) can be arranged in advance
Can I set a preferred delivery date?

Delivery date requests will be considered if possible. The shipping company will usually contact you one to two days before delivery to arrange an appointment. Fixed dates or times cannot be guaranteed. Express deliveries with exact delivery dates are possible on request.

What applies in the event of damage, missing parts or subsequent defects?

Please check the goods immediately upon delivery. Transport damage or missing parts must be documented and reported immediately with photos/videos.

The statutory warranty of 2 years applies to defects. We examine every case and take care of repair, replacement or an appropriate solution.
