The 95 mm thick walls incorporate 70 mm of mineral wool insulation with a vapor barrier that allows for diffusion, ensuring excellent heat retention. The panoramic window front, made of 27 mm double-pane insulated glass (6+15ar+6), creates a visual connection to the outdoors without allowing heat loss. Anodized Technoform aluminum profiles and high-quality Sobinco hardware round out the material concept—scratch-resistant, temperature-resistant, and designed for durability.

The version with the Harvia Cilindro 9 kW features a cylindrical Sauna Heater with integrated controls, combining fast heating times with simple operation. The EOS Cubo version combines the 9 kW Cubo with the EOS Emotec E control system—a TFT color display with menu navigation in 19 languages and up to 100 m installation distance between the control panel and the heater. Those who also wish to use BiO mode should choose the EOS BiO-Cubo 9 kW with an evaporator and the Emotec H control unit, which switches between Finnish and BiO modes via a rotary push-button switch. All heater models require a 400-V high-voltage connection; installation must be performed exclusively by certified specialists.

How long does the delivery take and will I be informed?

The delivery time is indicated directly with the respective product. These are valid as long as the item is in stock. Deviating, individually agreed delivery times have priority. We will actively inform you in the event of delays. You will receive ongoing information on the shipping status.

How does delivery by forwarding agent work?

Delivery is standard free curbside. This means that the goods are delivered to the nearest point that can be reached by truck.

Important:

  • Access for trucks must be possible
  • Sufficient clearance width and height required
  • The customer is responsible for transportation from the curb
  • If required, additional services (e.g. delivery to the installation site) can be arranged in advance
Can I set a preferred delivery date?

Delivery date requests will be considered if possible. The shipping company will usually contact you one to two days before delivery to arrange an appointment. Fixed dates or times cannot be guaranteed. Express deliveries with exact delivery dates are possible on request.

What applies in the event of damage, missing parts or subsequent defects?

Please check the goods immediately upon delivery. Transport damage or missing parts must be documented and reported immediately with photos/videos.

The statutory warranty of 2 years applies to defects. We examine every case and take care of repair, replacement or an appropriate solution.
