The AWT IN-802 is a fully equipped, premium-class outdoor Hot tub designed for discerning users who expect top-tier performance, comfort, and connectivity. Four models—two with an integrated Gecko in.temp mini heat pump and two “Extreme” versions without a heat pump—offer maximum flexibility while sharing the same standard features. The Gecko platform enables smartphone control, smart home integration via Google Assistant and Alexa, and remote maintenance by the manufacturer’s support team. Materials and Construction of the AWT IN-802 Eco Extreme Outdoor Hot Tub

The tub is made of high-quality, marbled acrylic in the color options CloudyBlack and Sterling Silver, supported by a solid aluminum frame that ensures lasting stability. A closed GRP base plate reliably protects all technical components from moisture and dirt. The multi-layered insulation system—consisting of 40 mm aluminum-laminated side walls, floor insulation, and sound-absorbing fiber—minimizes both heat loss and operating noise. The 80 mm thick, insulated cover and the subtle wood-grain skirt complete the well-thought-out overall design.

78 illuminated hydrojets—25 of which feature a rotation function—are powered by two LX hydropumps, each with 2,200 W, and provide an intense, individually adjustable full-body massage. The Gecko touchscreen color display (in.k1000) offers five preset operating modes as well as customizable scheduling, while the Gecko IN.MIX ambient lighting system controls the 50 LED interior lights, three illuminated water fountains, and the skirt lighting. The heat pump models use the Gecko in.temp mini with 3 kW of power, which is integrated directly into the system via RS-485 and saves up to 75% in energy compared to conventional heating. A saltwater disinfection system (Gecko in.clear) and ozone water treatment work together to ensure hygienically flawless water with reduced chemical usage.

Substrate The surface must be level, solid, and able to support a load of at least 1,500 kg. A concrete slab is ideal; existing patio slabs or pavers are acceptable if the subbase is solid and level. Grass is not suitable. Water must be able to drain away from Hot tub Hot tub.
Space requirements (all sides) At least 50 cm on all sides, preferably 60 cm—the service technician must be able to access all four sides. If the Hot tub is installed on a patio, make sure to plan for access to the service door (usually on the side of the control panel).
Delivery The Hot tub is delivered upright on a transport dolly—this makes it about 15–20 cm taller than its listed dimensions. Please check the clearance width, gate widths, steps, and tree branches in advance. If access is insufficient, a truck-mounted crane will be required; the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for this.

What should I look out for before ordering?

Yes, custom-made products, special designs and individually configured goods are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal. We will clarify transparently whether a product falls under this before or at the latest when the order is placed.

How long does the delivery take and will I be informed?

The delivery time is indicated directly with the respective product. These are valid as long as the item is in stock. Deviating, individually agreed delivery times have priority. We will actively inform you in the event of delays. You will receive ongoing information on the shipping status.

How does delivery by forwarding agent work?

Delivery is standard free curbside. This means that the goods are delivered to the nearest point that can be reached by truck.

Important:

  • Access for trucks must be possible
  • Sufficient clearance width and height required
  • The customer is responsible for transportation from the curb
  • If required, additional services (e.g. delivery to the installation site) can be arranged in advance
Can I set a preferred delivery date?

Delivery date requests will be considered if possible. The shipping company will usually contact you one to two days before delivery to arrange an appointment. Fixed dates or times cannot be guaranteed. Express deliveries with exact delivery dates are possible on request.

What applies in the event of damage, missing parts or subsequent defects?

Please check the goods immediately upon delivery. Transport damage or missing parts must be documented and reported immediately with photos/videos.

The statutory warranty of 2 years applies to defects. We examine every case and take care of repair, replacement or an appropriate solution.
