The Bast Näver Premium Tent Sauna, 2–6 Persons, over 100 °C, portable, is designed as a full-fledged sauna – not as a compromise solution. Developed in collaboration with Luleå University of Technology, it combines mobility with the ability to reach genuine sauna temperatures of over 100 °C. Whether permanently installed in the garden or used flexibly on the go, this tent sauna adapts to your lifestyle, not the other way around.

Robust construction of the Bast Näver Premium tent sauna, 2–6 Persons, over 100 °C, portable

The tent consists of a three-layer, fire-retardant, and waterproof fabric construction made of Oxford 300D, cotton insulation, and Oxford 300D again. Transparent windows made of heat-resistant TPU provide light and a feeling of space. The fiberglass poles with metal connectors provide stability, while high-quality details such as YKK zippers, reinforced corners, and a full-length door are designed for durability and safety.

At its heart is the powerful Sauna Heater made of high-quality SS304 stainless steel. It has foldable feet, a removable, multi-part chimney, and an integrated stone shelf. Thanks to the solid material thickness, the heater reliably generates high temperatures—regardless of external conditions. Heat shields on both long sides increase operational safety and protect the tent material.

Thanks to its pop-up design, the sauna can be set up in around 10 minutes by one person. The floor, heat protection mat, benches, and accessories are designed for comfortable sauna use. The tent sauna does not require a building permit, fits in the trunk when folded, and can be securely fixed with ground pegs and storm lines – even in challenging weather conditions.

Foundation	Level, stable, and frost-resistant. Options include a concrete slab, point or strip foundations (typically about 80 cm deep in Austria and Germany to ensure frost resistance), compacted gravel, or a paved surface. The foundation should be about 10 cm above the surrounding ground—this protects against splashing water.
Why this is important	An uneven or insufficiently strong foundation can cause the frame to warp, resulting in doors and windows that stick or gaps forming. Such damage is not covered under warranty.
Space requirements on all sides	Keep a clear space around the plants so that the walls can dry. Water must be able to drain away from the sauna.
Wood Preservation	After assembly, treat the exterior surfaces with wood preservative and inspect them at least twice a year. Do not paint or varnish the interior—the wood must be able to breathe.
Power Connection	Depending on Sauna Heater you choose. Rule of thumb: up to 3.6 kW via a standard 230-V outlet; 4.5 kW and above requires 400-V high-voltage power. An underground cable is typically installed in the garden (about 60 cm deep in lawns, 80 cm deep under walkways). Installation must be performed exclusively by a licensed electrician.
Clarify before purchasing	Whether a Outdoor Sauna in Austria requires a permit depends on the state, the size, and the zoning plan—limits range from 10 m² in Lower Austria to 40 m² in Styria. Provisions regarding distances from property lines are also determined by each state. Please check with your local municipality before purchasing. If the sauna has a wood-burning stove, it must also be inspected by a chimney sweep.

How long does the delivery take and will I be informed?

The delivery time is indicated directly with the respective product. These are valid as long as the item is in stock. Deviating, individually agreed delivery times have priority. We will actively inform you in the event of delays. You will receive ongoing information on the shipping status.

Delivery date requests will be considered if possible. The shipping company will usually contact you one to two days before delivery to arrange an appointment. Fixed dates or times cannot be guaranteed. Express deliveries with exact delivery dates are possible on request.

What applies in the event of damage, missing parts or subsequent defects?

Please check the goods immediately upon delivery. Transport damage or missing parts must be documented and reported immediately with photos/videos.

The statutory warranty of 2 years applies to defects. We examine every case and take care of repair, replacement or an appropriate solution.
