What do you need for a Hot tub? The pre-purchase checklist
To install a Hot tub, you’ll need, above all, a suitable electrical connection, a sturdy foundation capable of supporting over 1,000 kg, sufficient space including access to the equipment, and water treatment products. Regarding electricity: Most permanently installed outdoor whirlpools require a 400-V high-voltage connection with a ground-fault circuit interrupter (GFCI); only portable models can be plugged into a 230-V outlet. A permanent water connection, however, is never necessary for our outdoor whirlpools, as they are simply filled using a garden hose.
