Wir sind sehr zufrieden. Anfangs hatten wir Probleme mit unserem Ofen und er würde zur Überprüfung eingeschickt. Man hat festgestellt, dass das Thermostat kaputt ist. Der Ofen wurde ausgetauscht und der neue funktioniert einwandfrei. Annemarie macht einen guten Job. Sehr freundlich und Lösungorientiert. Wir waren sehr zufrieden

Ich bin absolut begeistert von meinem ChillTub Lite! Die Qualität ist hervorragend, und ich nutze das Eisbad mittlerweile drei bis fünfmal pro Woche – es tut Körper und Geist einfach unglaublich gut.

Wurde an einem Sonntag Vormittag super Beraten. Kurz nach der Bestellung wurde ich angerufen und mir wurde mitgeteilt das ich die Saunasteine nicht extra Bestellen brauche, da sie dabei sind und ich sie mir sparen kann. Einfach top. Wurde dann noch tel. über den Status der Lieferung informiert. Mehr kann man nicht erwarten. Gerne wieder!
